I like the service and hands-off effort…
I like the service and hands-off effort once you get the client signed up. The sign up process is not as smooth as it could be, but the last one seemed to have better instructions. Keep working on that part.

Must have service for FBA sellers
This service is a no-brainer for any FBA seller! They find lost money for you, and take a portion of the refund as payment. Could you do this service yourself for free? Possibly, but I tried to re-claim all the money I thought Amazon owed me before signing up and expected very little to be reclaimed, and yet they still managed to find over $2000 of lost money that I had no idea I was owed. Now, I just let them deal with it all so I don't need to spend my time fighting with Amazon for the money they owe me.

The Seller investigator has found us a lot lost money on Amazon. I was actually shock how much product Amazon lost and very told us about it. Every Amazon FBA seller show use this service

Amazon frankly owed us thousands...
Amazon frankly owed us 10's of thousands in fees from shipments we never tendered to pallets upon pallets of inventory lost in their fulfillment centers. Seller Investigators recovered almost all of the value. The first 60 days was a windfall recovery. Frankly a gigantic amount... After that period they continue to recover hundreds per month taking only a fraction of the total recovered. Occasionally we must assist in the process with minor paperwork needed to process the claims but nothing major. I mean... seriously easiest way to recover these fees is to sign up and sit back and let Seller investigators do their thing.

Excellent service. I never have thought that there was a lot to recover or reimbursed on my store since I already availed another reimbursement service company a few months back. Great job keep it up! Would definitely recommend to my friends selling at amazon.
