Excellent service from Seiko UK. Hazel was very helpful and responded quickly to my enquiries. My Grand Seiko watches were serviced and returned to me much faster than I had expected. It's reassuring to know that whenever I buy a Seiko or Grand Seiko watch I can expect the highest standards of after-care customer service.

Michelle in customer services was patient and efficient in my enquiry re link pin for my Seiko Sapphire Titanium watch.
Not easy to describe over the phone what was required but she was superb.

I had a bad experience with Seiko. A few years ago I bought a watch but after a while I bumped it. Concerned I sent it to be repaired. It took two months and a half to get my watch back, although in the invoice said to wait ten days. Seiko made amends with me offering a discount for the repair, but not after I called them warning that I would take legal action in the matter.

After my Dad passed, I inherited his Seiko watch. It was scratched and needed some tlc. Seiko upgraded the glass and case and it now looks brand new. I will enjoy the watch as a fabulous reminder of my Dad. I couldn't be happier with the service from Seiko at a pretty distressing time. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with my watch's bracelet, the first issue which started almost a year into owning the watch. I was quick to email Seiko service's email for advice. Within a day I was asked for my address, described the predicted problem, and was told I would get replacement parts.
Very pleasant experience.

I damaged my Seiko divers watch strap and broke the strap pins.
I emailed Seiko and explained the situation and they replied swiftly saying they would replace the pins free of charge.
Support and generosity at this level is seldom seen in the UK these days and I am delighted to share my experience.
Oh, and the watch is now repaired:0)

Very disappointed the my late father's watch could not be fixed by this massive company. Extremely dissatisfied to say the least.

Took a damaged watch back to the jewellers I had purchased from. They were totally unhelpful and tried to sell me another watch. I then went to a local watch repair shop, who advised me to contact Seiko uk, as part of the strap was missing.
Seiko uk were so helpful, they responded quickly and asked me to send a few details of the watch, and then once received, sent me the missing part the next day…. Amazing service

my seiko watch strap broke after ten years. i ordered a new one from michelle at seiko customer care. it was with me next day! within 24hrs I was wearing it again!!

Speedy response and even though the watch was out of Warranty, it was fixed with no charge. A great company to deal with.

Watch broke after a 1 month of ownership, got sent to repair under warranty, still had to pay 15 euros for some reason, and the watch cameback fixed after 1,5 months and full of scratches on the bracelet(it had none before and i used only a couple times). Now i ha e to either replace the bracelet or get it polished, never buying a seiko again!

The winder button used to change the time came out of the case. I sent it to Seiko Uk. It was repaired under the terms of the guarantee and returned to me within two weeks. This was very efficient and the workmanship was of high quality. Thank you Seiko

Michelle was awesome, she helped me out with a spring bar for a clasp that I'd stupidly lost, sent it the next day!

I had been looking everywhere for a particular Seiko watch part, had no look anywhere. Contacted service@seiko uk and was put in contact with Michelle.

Michelle was excellent, really helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better service. She was able to identify the proper part, and ordered it for me. The turn around was really good too.

I bought a seiko diving watch 18 months ago, price was £1150.. it's never kept time and looses approximately 1min per day.. eventually I sent it in to be looked at and fixed... After was forever they have come back and the spring is not right, caused by impact damage!. They also sent some pictures of scuffs to the titanium casing... If it's never kept time it's a manufacturing issue and even so, some scuffs should not impact the performance of such an expensive watch... I'm not prepared to pay a service charge, and feel they are just out to rip me off...

My dad recently died and he left me his watch which he loved. It is a bit too small for me so I tried to get some strap links on the internet but I couldnt get them anywhere. I emailed Seiko. They told me the strap had been discontinued but Hazel ( lady at Seiko who was helping me ) had managed to find a sample bracelet. She said she would take some links from it and send them to me free of charge. They arrived the following day. What an amazing gesture and service. I can now wear the watch in loving memory of my wonderful dad. Thank you so much Hazel at Seiko UK for making this happen

From the first point of contact I was assisted with the issue of my clock no longer working while under warranty. The service department provided specific steps of how to return my clock and what to include in the clock delivery. They provided status reports on the progress of the repairs and let me know when it was on its way safely back home

I bought a seiko diving watch about 2 years ago for 600 dollars and have had nothing but trouble with it,it was not keeping the time correctly,leaking and the wind up thing on the side broke,I had it fixed 6 times in 2 years,no warranty because I was working abroad,this time when it broke down again I sent it to the main office where I was told that it's been in the water too much,I do occasionally go swimming but this is a diving watch right????I have heard that seiko watches are no longer made in Japan but in another very big Asian country and since then the quality has nosedived,buyer beware.
