We have had three windows replaced by SEHBAC and this is the second time that we have used this company. We are very happy with the quality of the product and the efficiency of their technicians.
This time Tony did the installing and he was friendly, focussed, meticulous and efficient. The working area was thoroughly cleaned after completion of the job.

Sent an enquiry via the website and was dealt with really quickly. The consultant was helpful and got us a really good deal on a replacement conservatory. We are waiting on a survey but sure that the same level of customer service will continue throughout the process as it has done with our previous experience dealing with SEHBAC.

I can only comment on the sales process as that’s where we are atm. So far so good though. Martin was really helpful in getting us to a final order that met our needs. All the staff we met in the showroom have been friendly and keen to help. It was also really useful to see all the products on display and be able to appreciate their quality. The free treble glazing and alarm system were also a big bonus.

Extremely impressed with the service we received at SEH. We solely decided to go with the company due to the non pushy, friendly and professional service we received in the Ipswich office (John and Martin). Upon completion the fitters - Gav and Gavin were absolutely faultless. They were extremely professional and complete to a wonderful standard. They discussed with us throughout fitting and we really appreciate their great craftsmanship and consideration that we were happy, we felt we were in great hands. These guys are really a great asset to the branch and we felt very looked after, many thanks.

Very friendly, professional and polite. Good communications via phone and email. Timely quotations and correspondence. Appears to be good value for money considering the triple glazing upgrade and whem compared yo two other similar quotes. As yet unfitted.

Our really positive experience of SEH started with a visit to their showroom in Ipswich. From the friendly welcome we received to the professional advice we were offered, the experience was faultless. We were given time and space to consider the range of options we were shown. We were looking for replacement patio and kitchen/diner double glazed doors and finally decided upon what we wanted after hearing about the pro's and con's of the options available.
The survey was arranged quickly and within a few days a detailed survey was carried out by Martin, clearly a very experienced surveyor.
We were kept up to date with the progress of our order by email and specific dates were given for the build and the installation. Communication was good throughout. The first installation date we were offered was not convenient so after making a phone call to the installation department, a convenient alternative date was quickly arranged. The installers arrived within the timescale we were given. We must mention the great people who installed the doors. Affectionally known as the 'half Beatles', John and Paul set about the task of fitting the doors with enthusiasm. Inconvenience was kept to a minimum and the floors and the areas close to the doors were protected with dust sheets and similar covers. Care was taken to minimise any consequential damage and where necessary, very minor 'repairs' were done to a standard ready for decoration.
During installation, the installers noticed one of the hinges had a minor defect. He immediately ordered a replacement which we anticipate will be fitted within the next week.
When John and Paul left, the areas that that had worked in were clean and tidy.
We are very happy with the whole experience and the doors have exceeded our expectations in terms and quality and look. Well done to the SEH team. Our experience has been exceptional, sadly, a rare experience these days.

Brilliant service

I chose this company again because they previously carried out two conservatory projects for me to a good standard. Based on that experience, I expected a similar level of professionalism. Unfortunately, this installation did not live up to those expectations.

While the window installation itself was completed, I experienced serious issues regarding billing and site care. I was invoiced £1,560 (including VAT) for an itemised scaffold to the rear elevation. That scaffold was not supplied or installed. A different and more limited access arrangement was used instead. Despite raising this promptly and paying the undisputed balance, the company maintained that the majority of the scaffold charge was still payable.

In addition, the workmen left a significant amount of debris on the top-floor rainwater gutter/parapet, including wood chips, metal fragments and screws. I have photographs of this. The area had to be cleaned separately to avoid blockage and potential damage, and I was not compensated for the cost of arranging this clean-up.

I attempted to resolve these matters amicably over several weeks, but the issues could not be resolved. The dispute has now been referred to the small-claims process and is awaiting a decision.

Given my previous positive experiences, this outcome was particularly disappointing. Prospective customers should ensure that access and scaffolding charges are clearly defined in advance, that what is invoiced matches what is actually supplied, and that the site is thoroughly checked after works are completed.

I am a returning customer having previously installed a conservatory with Sehbac. Nigel who is the local sales agent is a pleasure to deal. This time I had my windows and a door replaced and the process was seamless. Nigel and Marc arrived on time, were very courteous and took care of the property while they did their work and made sure evrything was tidy. The work completed in two days ahead of schedule and they were great to deal witgh. So far, no issies with the product.

Very helpful at the showroom. Prompt survey and installation within 4 weeks of survey being carried out
