I have used Seeek for a while with their free 3GB monthly service. It is my backup plan, so I do not have high expectations. When the eSIM was activated, everything worked well. Once the eSIM expired after 7 days, it was not automatically renewed, so I contacted the support to get a new eSIM. It took some time to get this done, but the turnaround time is improving. Hopefully, the eSIM will get automatically renewed going forward.

Great Service they answer quickly very happy with them :)

I bought the NADA sim card queue skip for €6 and it worked fine for a week and then the sim card stopped working (no service), so I contacted the support and Connor (supposedly the founder of Seeek) provided me with a new sim card, which also stopped working after a few days. I haven’t heard back from them since (it’s been three weeks and I’ve messaged them at least once a week).

Can’t recommend, I’ll try to get my money back.

UPDATE 13 MAY:
The support has finally replaced my esim and everything seems to work (for now). I will update the review once I know that it works for good. The new dashboard looks nice; it seems like they are actually trying to improve their service.

No answer to support request via Email for 2.5 weeks. Support page on homepage not accessible. Was offline for 2.5 weeks in foreign country. No recommendation for now.

Service went down on april 8th and was never restored. Tried to contact them daily since and no answer. i believe over 2 weeks waiting is overly patient, even if the team is small!! Im still 2 weeks out of service. Cant recommend at this time. Spend your money wisely, regardless of the amount.

Even though the service is currently very busy and you may have to wait a little longer for an answer, the service is professional, competent, reliable and always friendly.

Definitely some growing pains but they have been receptive in any issues I’ve faced. Special shout out to Nicole for helping me with my sim being stuck in SOS

Very nice and quick help.
I have had the e-SIM in operation for about 2 weeks. After the validity expired automatically, it was not automatically renewed by the system. A nice request to support - I was helped quickly.
I will definitely recommend SEEEK.

Seeek.co is a good alternative to expensive e-sim providers, their free plan works very well.

Works as advertised. Fast Connection and in addition a very friendly customer service :)

Havent yet tried it in a foreign country. But i already used it at home.

Support usually responds within 2 - 3 days. You should not forget that this is still a free mobile phone service. So stay calm and be nice to the support, then they will be nice to you.

It took a few days to issue my free eSIM but they responded quickly in the chat. Nice to have real humans and not a bot. Service works as advertised. 5G in Switzerland with Sunrise and Salt.

Geld bezahlt, eine Woche Internet und dann nix mehr und nicht mal mehr keine Antwort, das ist reine Abzocke.

I‘m using the seeek eSIM now for 2 weeks and got it for my trip abroad.

Having two carriers is pretty awesome: on the one hand I already had situations at home, where “my own” regular carrier had no strong signal and the seeek eSIM saved me. On the other hand I can be online abroad without WiFi and without any expensive add on of my regular carrier.

Great concept and working as it should!

I always have a great support when I'm in touch with Nicole, she is very friendly and always provide me a huge help.
And on the top of that, very good communication and follow up.
Really an excellent experience, keep it up!

Update June 2024:
I have to reduce my rating from April to 1 star. Customer Service is not reacting anymore. eSIM is not working since begin of May after 2 times reset and new eSIM. Last time it worked for 1 week.

Review April 2024:
After some problems like a slow webpage and issues with the eSIM it worked in the end.

And the customer service is really good and helped out with all my problems. Sometimes the response is slow but they will react.
Most problems caused for sure by the amount of new users.

Also, 3GB for free in a lot of countries all over the world what more you need.

The support team is small but very nice and trying their best! So, answers can take a while, but they always solved my problems!
BTW: Fast internet connection with the esim, at least for my area ;)

Fast reliable

There were quite a few obstacles, to get the eSIM, due to a few different problems that all came together in the timeframe of my order (new website, problems with the payment provider to skip the queue, ...), which can be somewhat excused due to the fact, that this is a new and relatively small company.
What makes it 5 stars for me was the support and service they provided, which resolved all of these problems and shortly provided me with my eSIM. Kaleena, the support agent, with whom I had the pleasure with, was super helpful and nice.
The SIM also works as expected, was easy to set up and provides me with fast internet.
