Pretty cool website with plenty of good artists but god damn your servers are *ss, always getting errors on many browsers, can't pay for some masterclasses because of "server errors"... please fix it

Garbage design, garbage admins, garbage site
Basically paying for what is essentially a website still in beta ( or even alpha ).
Absolutely garbage design and user experience ( who uses CAROUSELS instead of lists to display and play songs?! ), you can't find your own tracks on the site, the courses sometimes have bad subtitles ( or the courses don't work at all ), you have to download each sample manually ( right click - save ), you can't visit other people's profiles, can't copy paste links, the samples repeat themselves for whole pages, and so much more is broken. Also you can't cancel your subscription and still use the site until the next payment is due. You cancel the subscription, goodbye, so I recommend you wait until the last day.
The icing on the cake are the admins who will remove you from the site's telegram if you don't lick their boots and aren't "part of their movement", in other words I criticised the site and got removed from the community chat, since their own website's Community section is dead.
The whole site is made by amateurs that have no right to ask such prices and it shows.

Svar fra Seedj
Hi!
As we said in our discussion:
1. Carousels are to incentivize users and labels to listen all the tracks instead of skipping. List view will be implemented
2. You can find all your tracks in your profile section
3. All courses are working well, subtitles are improved every week (4 languages, hours and hours of contents)
4. Bulk download for Samples will be implemented after we achieve 10.000 samples in the library
5. You can visit other profiles from Community section in the platform
6. It's a web-app, copy and paste links are useless at this moment.
7. subscription deleted on the renewal date will be implemented after the Beta
8. You have said clearly that you don't want be part of the project because doesn't worth your money, so we have removed you from the private community that is not included in the monthly price but is a bonus for Early Adopters.
We are very afraid about your view.
Hope to see you soon again in SEEDJ
Best,
Gabriele Spata

The application is great but it still…
The application is great but it still feels like a beta version. I'm happy with the content that I've learned but there has to be something more advanced or else I will lose attention. It all feels very intermediate. Nothing advanced. I will explore the sound design course and see how it feels.
The response time to user complaints is amazing. If that level of support continues then I will keep coming back just for that.

The future of electronic music production education. Great platform where to learn how to produce AND push your arts out there in the wild. Game changer.
