Nächstes Mal gucke ich zuerst bei Trustpilot und die ehrlichen Bewertungen!

Versand dauert ewig lange und die Samen sehen absolut nicht aus wie die von anderen Händlern! Auch keimt nix !

Als Antwort kommt jedes Mal der selbe automatische Text, dass man mich verstanden hat und das Problem an der Temperatur liegt…… später hab ich erst gesehen auf der Homepage, dass die nichts zurück nehmen…. Wer aber in Deutschland verkauft, der ist VERPFLICHTET Rückgaben zu akzeptieren! So gesehen kann man diese Gauner ohne Probleme verklagen!

Placed an order in April. Have not received the order yet. They keep sending me tracking information saying the order was deliver. I keep telling them that I have not received it. Do not order from this company. They are a scam

A packet of seeds arrived from seedfella.com, I hadn’t ordered them. Assume this is so they can then write a glowing review in my name. It is a scam. Do not buy.

I ordered seeds over a month ago and haven't received them yet. I've sent lots of letters. No response. They are scammers and thieves.

I recently bought seeds from this website, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. As a customer in Australia, I expected the seeds to come from an Australian warehouse. Instead, they were shipped from China without any clear indication of origin on the product page.

To make things worse, the package was misleadingly labeled as a “Key Chain” instead of seeds. This raised red flags with Australian Customs, and as a result, my seeds were seized and I received an official notice explaining what happened.

This lack of transparency about product origin and the misleading description makes the business look dodgy and untrustworthy. Customers deserve honest product information, especially when it comes to international shipping and customs regulations.

I would strongly suggest Seed Fella update their listings to clearly state the country of origin and use accurate product descriptions. That way, customers can make an informed decision and avoid situations like mine.

Ordered Twedia seeds and received something different. As the seeds arrived longer than 7 days after I ordered them, they do not accept refunds. A total scam from China, stay away. Lost $50 here.

I ordered from them, they voluntarily canceled my order and refused to refund my money 96usd despite all efforts to remind them they keep giving me excuses.

Just received my order NOT ONLY WAS IT SHORT SEEDS I WAITED WELL OVER A MONTH TO GET THEM. Bougainvillea seed shorted order and there is not 100 seeds in each package. I filed with my credit card company to get my money back and emailed them.

This company should take lessons in honesty.
Had I known it was based in China, I woud have been more scrupulous.The website was UK!
I have ordered seeds which did not arrive, nor do I expect them to.
Avoid these fakes and next time, I'll read the reviews before trusting such a "team"!

Updating this review: My seed packet has just been deliverd empty: it was opened by Bio Security in Melbourne and destroyed! No identifying documentation, so buyers beware of breaking the Australian biosecurity laws.
This company should have known our legislation, but accepted payment anyway.

Do not use this company! I wouldn't even give it 1 star! I ordered on the 6th July ago and still haven't received my order. It still says in transit. When emailing the company they keep telling me to wait 7-10 days. These are coming from China not the EU like they say on the website! so beware!!!!!!

Came back in here to update my review: it took a month to receive the seeds (they were shipped a few days after I placed the order).
They seem to be the right seeds as well.
The website pretends to be a company based in UK but no, it's in China. So bare that in mind when placing your order.

This is a scam shop, I should have known better. They send some unknown seeds and then no matter how you complain they just reply "the seeds we sent you are correct, have a nice day". Pure scam, a good lesson for me for my money.

SCAM seeds are not what I ordered. I ordered two different plants and the seeds are the same for both.

This is a Scam.. The seeds are from CHINA. and they lied on the customs form.. They said it was a paper greeting card... HORRIBLE. Then to get a refund they wanted by bank info and would NOT credit my credit card. I had to file file a complaint with my card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered seeds, they didn’t come.
I emailed them, they sent vague reply’s.
They didn’t answer my questions about the issue. I ended up getting blunt, close to rude replies in the end. I do not recommend dealing with them.

It is clear this is not a real company. I ordered seeds and they sent something that I do not recognize and called them cacao seeds. When I asked for a refund and to return the seeds they refused. THIS IS A SCAM

I ordered over 2 months ago. Never got my order of seeds. I emailed them and they said my package was delivered, but it never was. This company is a false company and a huge scam! Do Not Order ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ordered insulin plants and I got confirmation email. But when no update on shipments. Can’t even contact. They don’t reply for email.
