Just received my order today, it came lightning fast with two healthy live plants in great condition and both volumes of the growing plant medicine books. The books really are something else, so thorough and full of information as well as being very readable. More than happy with my purchase and will certainly be a returning customer!

Great customer service, I had a problem with the post office loosing my package and reached out and had a replacement in 2 days! Had good germination rate on the seeds, and plants that i ordered came healthy and green ready to be transplanted! Highly recommend if your looking to grow herbs & plants to heal the body! Wide range of medicinal herbs that you cant find at most seed companies! Will be working with them every season!

I've been ordering from Strictly Medicinal for years. I'm not quite gardener enough to make every plant work, but when I follow their instructions I get a very good germination rate - and if the rate is going to be low, they say so. Their service has been great over the years too. They ship quickly for a reasonable cost, and plants are wrapped carefully.

Recently I had to contact customer service because I made a mistake in ordering. They handled it quickly and without a fuss. I'll keep shopping here, no question.

I was so glad when I stumbled upon this family run business with high quality products. The varieties and selection of seeds is unmatched. They also post brief information on each plant and gives personalized advice on the site. The company is certified organic by Oregon Tilth, which means everything they sell is GMO free.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Overall excellence. Would highly recommend.

We had a big misunderstanding but for some reason, these people stole money out of my bank account. In the end they gave me my money back but the stress was not fun at all.

Excellent customer service and expedient shipping

A couple of Richo's web references to a particular page in one of his books led to a blank page in my book. I asked about the latest edition of this book and was thrilled when StrictlyMedicinal immediately sent me the updated volume of this text at no charge! Wow! A thrill to so to receive this special gift! Love their thoughtfulness and terrific service.

Another note: I purchased 3 elecampane roots last fall, planted them in pots, and over-wintered them as StrictlyMedicinal's clear instructions stated. These roots have grown into beautiful plants now--so ready to be planted into the ground! Wish I could include a photo for you all! A bonus was a hitchhiker plant--Prurnella, which I was needing!

Excellent customer service. I ordered something VERY specific and shipping accident sent the wrong seeds, however they had a very quick response time through Facebook and not only did I get to keep the incorrect seeds, but they sent me over 5x the amount of the correct seeds I actually ordered.

They went above and beyond to correct the mistake and the first seeds they sent germinated well, so I am extremely confident in these next seeds! I 100% recommend and will be buying more seeds from them in the future!

Great experience with seed germination, also great variety and directions for success. I had my mail carrier lose my seeds delivering to the wrong address and strictly medicinals happily replaced them and I am grateful

Fantastic healthy plants.
This company not only provides lots of info on growing herbs, but also creates very robust plant starts. I actually left a few plants in their shipping packaging outside over winter (zone 8b), and they sprouted beautifully in spring! I also had a chrysanthemum from them that was planted in fall, then chewed up aggressively by slugs, which then sprouted vigorously this spring, likely due to its healthy root system. I'm grateful for companies like this for preserving and encouraging important herbal propagation at the individual level.

i have been ordering from Strictly Medicinal Seeds for nearly a decade and i absolutely love the company!!
I ordered fresh mandragora seeds a couple weeks ago—my first time ever ordering fresh seeds—and due to a usps delay followed by a weekend AND a monday holiday, the seeds took four days to arrive.
I was worried since they weren't supposed to become too dried.
But the folks at Strictly did an impeccable job of packing them, and although the packing medium had dried out over the four days, their packing job apparently protected the seeds enough—because one of them sprouted up in only eleven days!!

We’ve been buying plants and seeds from Strictly Medical for a decade or more with great success. I’v learned a lot from Richo’s books and videos. This company had been integral in my herbal journey. He sent me a nice aloe arborescens specimen a few years ago. Got so big I split it. Now I have 2 large plants, 2 medium plants and this year 2 new pups. May get a huge container in spring of 2025 so the whole happy aloe family can be together again. Bright blessings to the Cech family!

Strictly Medical, my go to spot for herbs, vegetables, unique flowers. They're very knowledgeable with their products and how to be successful in growing them. So far I've been successful in growing ashwagandha, various peppers, tomatoes, bergamot, sage, chives, all in zone 9. I have been and will be a repeat customer.
