Cheap and nasty

Two powders arrived, wrong shades, different brands, one with no applicator. Powders do not make you appear like your face has been filtered. They are cheap and nasty. Sent them an email to return for refund at their expense.

I ordered this gif my grandson , the product was of good quality and concept great but the product was not as big as expected quiet difficult to handle for any sized hands. The scale of product should advertised correctly

Never received the goods I ordered

Never received the goods I ordered, over 2 months ago, they took my money quick enough but I have not received the goods, they do not read or understand my emails asking for either the goods or my money back. Totally rubbish company and I will not be buying from them again

Excellent Customer Service

Although it took a few weeks for our order to arrive, everything was correct and matched what we requested. The customer service team was exceptional, with fast and helpful responses to our emails.

Product never received!

Ordered a coat on 4th of October,have never received it.Stay away! I already contacted customer services and they emailed with a different item as sent,either way I never received any items whether correct or incorrect and will not be contacting again.

Dreadful customer service and dress comes up Small

After a few more weeks they did get back and had sent out another dress FOC
It is a beautiful dress and I’m glad I can now change the review to a positive Don’t get me wrong the dress is lovely but the sizing is dreadful. I emailed asking to refund or exchange and an email came through saying they’d charge me £3.147 ??? For postage and would send a new dress if that was ok and asked for me to verify
Well I have sent sooooo many emails back saying I will and how do I pay and then nothing back
Have tried so many new emails too but same old message so beginning to think it’s a bot
Avoid unless you want to take a chance that the bloody dress will fit

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Items have arrived but incorrect sizing. Have contacted their team numerous times and is a one way conversation, says replied by email but no information in the reply. This has been going on for more than two weeks. Out of pocket. Disgusted with service
