May as well put cake on my face with a trowl!!

Took AGES to come and then took me 3 days to find them in the SAFE PLACE no mention to me of where this safe place was, Opened the box up to find 2 boxes from China,if I knew this i would not have bothered !! I ordered 2 different colours to see which was best for my skin tone and both was the same ( I dont know how to read Chinese so I cant tell what they say). Tried them both out and I may as well used a trowl and put cake on my face it looked horrendous--this was good for the more mature woman apparently !!!..NOT WHAT I ORDERED waiting for a return and refund.

AVOID!!after many emails back and forth the Refund has now been granted

AVOID!!! Falsely advertising Mrs Glam products. When parcel arrived received two cheap products of power which were completely smashed.
I informed the customer service who are absolutely Appalling.they offered to send more powder or 20% off further purchases which I rejected. I have sent many emails requesting a refund only with the same offers.
I will be reporting this to Trading Standards. I have still not received my refund. Please do not buy from this company.

Once I explained to them I will report to trading standards that is when they decided to give me the refund,

EDIT
MY SUGGESTION TO IMPROVE the SERVICE
I suggest that customer service communicate with each other because many emails to and from offering me 20% discounts or more powder when I had already refused, time wasting on both sides.
Much more professional to listen to the customer.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Falsely advertising Mrs Glam products & purchased these with good intention of receiving Mrs Glam & even stated this on my email confirmation then I receive 2 cheap products both different brands which were cheap & nasty looking let alone the awful colours so this company should not be allowed to do this & there customer service is appalling as well. After countless emails & the threat of trading standards I finally got my refund so please do not purchase from this company as you will not receive the items that you are led to believe & paid for.

Awful but refunded

Awful. I ordered what I thought was Mrs Glam and it’s some cheap powder that’s nothing like it! How can they do this when it actually says Mrs Glam on my order receipt. Have emailed for a refund so here’s hoping. So disappointed ☹️

Disgusting and false advertising….purchased what I thought to be Mrs glam powder make up to be furnished with this product..disgusting taking money for products in good faith!!!!! Shame on you!! Do not be scammed!

FALSE ADVERTISING, Genuine Mrs Glam notified of scam.
Purchased via Facebook ( probably an influencer getting paid) Mrs glam Powder foundation, BOGOF. I struggled to get order confirmation and eventually the order arrived. Neither are Mrs Glam, they're not even the same brand as each other, let alone Mrs Glam. Poor quality, cheap, chalky powder foundation that went straight into the bin. I'm sure the genuine product is good, but Nnice do not send the item paid for. Not a mistake, two foundation ordered, two cheap nasty ones received. Wish I'd read the reviews.
UPDATE a full refund has been promised, let's see if that happens, however no explanation for what they sent. AVOID.

Ordered buy one get one free Miss Glam products!
For a start is was false advertising as not Miss Glam at all just a different product altogether which went straight in the bin because they were smashed to bits!! 😡
Avoid this company if I were you!!
Following this review I contacted the company who said they would refund me.
I will update this review when & if I receive a refund.

Broken brush

The makeup brush was broken when it arrived, so maybe you need to put it in a hardcase and not just in a plastic bag when sending it out to customers.
