We talked through the installation, the technicians were very helpful. The work was completed in a professional way and they helped set up the app. The sales people were excellent.

Investing in a security system is a veritable minefield. The salesperson, Sam, was patient, experienced and dedicated to delivering a five star service. Unlike other providers, Securico are thorough and you feel that they do care about having you as a customer. After moving forward with a camera system, the installation was equally impressive.

Lost Hikvision App after resetting phone
Lost my Hikvision App after resetting my phone. Contacted Customer Services who got a engineer to contact me. Hikvision App was downloaded and we went through the various steps and my cctv enabled

Problem was solved
Problem was solved, but took ages between emails. When it didn't work, had to arrange for a call that had to be the next day as everyone was busy. Problem was fixed in 10 minutes then rather than the hour and a half the day before. Need telephone support more quickly.
