Prompt and Helpful
Hi, Yes has received my order promptly and your staff most helpful. Only two minor points. I cannot find an email message letting me know it was on the way so we were not in when delivered. I also ordered 3 months supplies and for some reason only 1 bag (30) of your free dry wipes, normally use 2 a day. No problem, when living in Spain I had to buy my own anyway (smile).

Every time I need to request a repeat prescription, the staff at Securicare always deal with me in a most highly proficient manner.

My product supply process.
My product requirements are well established so when l submit my request to my GP the prescription is issued digitally to SecuriCare who then contact me regarding additional products and delivery. This process has been followed for several years very efficiently. Any deviations from this process always notified promptly.

25 years service
Iv had a iliostomy for 26 years in most of that time iv had Scuricare they have never let me down they phone me every month to six weeks to see if i need anything and it always comes on time l had the chance to change but I prefer to stick with them they are excellent Thank you.
