Sometimes the service works well
Sometimes the service works well. And lots of times it doesn’t. Staff are helpful but sometimes they are unable to assist because a supplier has not delivered necessary prescription items to them and this leaves patients without their prescribed items, the effect leaves me feeling very anxious and worried that I won’t get my prescription on time and I will run out. The impact of that is too awful to contemplate.

Amazing staff only problem was you had…
Amazing staff only problem was you had no stock to send me in approx december had to ring stoma nurses at infirmary for some was worrying as nobody can do without bags at any time .Otherwise have been wonderful have just come back from stoma meeting which was informative and a great help found out some things that l didnt know about .

Prompt and Helpful
Hi, Yes has received my order promptly and your staff most helpful. Only two minor points. I cannot find an email message letting me know it was on the way so we were not in when delivered. I also ordered 3 months supplies and for some reason only 1 bag (30) of your free dry wipes, normally use 2 a day. No problem, when living in Spain I had to buy my own anyway (smile).
