Our daughter, unfortunately, is in the secure mental health system and had to be transported on two occasions by your staff, the same staff attended on both jobs. Today, 31/8/23, it was from Swallownest Court to Waterloo Manor. The staff have always treated my daughter kindly, fairly and with respect. We have met this team during the first time you transported her and they were very helpful, friendly and chatty with us. We are full of praise and thanks to these staff, keep up the excellent work and again, thanks.

ETA was sooner than predicted and the crew who attended the job was very professional and supportive towards the service user.

Excellent facilities, just a short drive from the M1. We used the boardroom for a two day meeting, which had everything we needed; unlimited tea, coffee and water, flipchart, WiFi and free parking. The team were very welcoming and checked we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we'll be back!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They’re rude & dismissive to their staff, make you screenshot your most used apps after your 12hr shift (invasion of privacy) make change your shifts last minute & then expect you to change your plans for them, management is clueless one says one thing & the other says another, they also have a problem of favouritism or maybe just racism when it comes to shifts, who knows?. The level of unprofessionalism that’s going on with this company is genuinely baffling. They are completely inconsistent with shifts and time management and utterly dismissive to what explanation you have got to provide. It is entirely dishonest and disrespectful. As you can imagine it is completely frustrating when you are working hard for very little respect from the company and employee.

Very professional, friendly helpful staff. The transport job was completed professionally and with really kind caring staff
