We have used ESCS a few times now
We have used ESCS a few times now, and we have found them to be professional and very helpful.
The first I had to complete the request form, I wasn't sure if I was doing it right, so when I called for some help, the lady was brilliant. She took me through the form and explained what each section meant.

The advisor I spoke to was very helpful and supportive. The waiting time was also quite reasonable and the patient didn't have to wait for long. Communication from the team was great and I was kept updated at every stage of the transfer.
