Website flagged for malicious activity and account takeovers if you even visited it likely gonna get hit with a MITM attack go change your PW now, ya all of em you used the same pa one!!!

This is 1000% a scam the only positive reviews I found were the fake trust pilot image on their homepage. Don't fall for it, if it's legitimate they won't be asking for your card info!!!!

they want that cause they're gonna hit you with a yearly subscription and then charge you whatever else they can squeeze out of ya. Run for your life report them report their sites trust pilot likely wouldn't support their data being manipulated and abused to appear legitimate, reviews from 2021 and links you can't click were the first sign. The red flags are popping up more than an 18 hole golf course!!!!

They deceive you by “rewarding” you with coupon rewards that HAVE A MINIMUM COST CUTOFF. For example, a restaurant requires $75 purchase to redeem your $100 coupon “payment.” This is really just a coupon for 1/4 off. Most are half off with a cap of $15 coupons. (Must spend at least $30 to get maximum of $15 off) They do nt tell you about this in marketing descriptions. You only find out AFTER you join, wait for approval to do a review, complete the review and then have your review accepted by their quality control team. If people like me knew the whole policy in advance, they would NOT join. Further, the selection of restaurants is slim, and so are the days and hours you can use them. Not worth your time and energy.

The majority if not all 5 star reviews are a scam, just like the company. No one should have to outlay cash in order to get a job More importantly, try getting in touch with customer service - all you will get are more phishing emails

Side note - i was specifically warned about Observati from a real Secret Shopping company - notice how close they make their website to the names of legit companies - its not a coincidence

They took my money off my cash app account which is the last four digit is 6803 they took office in the change out and I didn't authorize them to do it so I want my refund and if I can know who did it can you please give me the information if not you know that's cool too but I do want to refund

Observati has been a pleasure to use. Once claiming the premium restaurant I wanted to review, I visited the restaurant,, ate and observed as well as taking a few pics as required. When I got home I was quickly able to give the review with the pics uploaded. Nice and easy. I also decided to request a few restaurants in my area to be added to the available list and they were accepted within 24 hours of the request (Nice!!).

The experience has initially been great. Seems as though there is a fairly straightforward set-up process and the video trainings on process has been easy to follow.

I just did my first review, and ate some great pizza. So far, I’d say things are fine. I need to wait to see if my review is approved before I can get paid and start a new restaurant assignment.

Waiting on my first sticker to come in the mail. Very informative on how to comply with the incentive.

I reviewed Junior's Taco Shop and overall had a positive experience with both the staff and restaurant. The quality of the food was great and i will certainly eat there again.

I have signed up for the membership just the other day, and am hoping to try out my first review on Friday. I signed up for the basic membership; and immediately logged in and selected a restaurant to review. It took less than 48 hours; and now I know everything I need to know about what I need to do to be successful in my reviews, and how the process works. So I have not completed a review yet and hope to make my first review on friday; because i was informed in the email, I have thirty days to make a review after approved for a assignment. From my understanding with my membership I am allowed to review one premium restaurant every three months. I will find out more information in the near future how often I can review non premium restaurants, and really get a feel for how everything works once I finish my review this weekend at the place I selected. I feel comfortable with the process so far, and hope that I am not being to relaxed because I am just getting familiar with the process of being a secret shopper. It has only been about 72 hours since I signed up; I have received alot of good information that I believe will help me during my first review as a secret shopper. So far my experience has been a positive experience, I am excited to try my first review.

I was able to see available restraunts that could go to in my area along with additional amounts i would be compensated. I was also given contact info for questions about my first review i might have. I will be using the program more soon.

I am really surprised at how quickly everything was approved and added to my account. Very pleased that this is a legit company.
