Secret Bottle Shop Anmeldelser

Reasonably priced, quick delivery, good communication. Bottle packed well.

Ordered a 60th bottle to be engraved on Amazon and accidentally put the wrong address. I emailed Secret Bottleshop they can straight back to me and changed the delivery address. It was delivered the next day, absolutely brilliant! When I received the gift it was perfect! Thank you so much and will definitely recommend you to all.

Very fast delivery, ordered a tobacco rum that's not to easy to find and usually alot more expensive than I got from here so I was very happy.
Packaged so well also, can't fault this site so far, will use again.

Super wines, easy to order. Great communication and swift delivery

Excellent service and very quick delivery. Will use again.

First time purchasing items from this shop. Items delivered very fast, I was shocked ha. Items packaged really well. Found some great bottles.

Perfect in every way

Good price and cost of delivery. Excellent packaging and delivered on time and as promised. Brilliant service from start to finish.

When it comes to online shopping, honestly it's about price first and service second. However, in this case there were similar prices and ballpark shipping prices for the same item elsewhere but never having tried the Secret Bottle Shop sometime you want to give another company business away from those where they appear at the top of every search as they're Sponsored.
The only minor snag was DPD Local who dumped the package and marked it as signed for by "Tommo" (not my name).
All in all, highly recommended. Maybe Tommo can buy my next order!

Fantastic service, well packaged, fast delivery. Good price for the wine. Very impressed

Fab whisky and superb communication fast delivery and awesome packaging highly recommended

Very quick and prompt delivery. Would use again in the future. Offered a really good choice of products to.

I ordered two bottles of vintage port just before the storm and heavy snowfall. I received a message from the delivery firm saying that there would be a three day delivery delay due to the severe weather. I accept that the weather was unhelpful but felt three days was eexcessive. I called the Secret Bottle Shop to exlain my concern, and my worry about how the port was kept during the delay. A lady said that she quite understood and would look into it and get back to me. I had a call back to say that the package was kept in as secure warehouse until it went onto the delivery vehicle and that they felt that it would be less than three days. In fact it arrived, impeccably packaged and safe the following day. A very happy customer.

I'm very happy with the purchase, delivered on time. I was worried to order wine on line, but everything was packed very securely. Great choice of port. The engraving could be slightly bigger, but anyway looks great.

Great prices ,great products and quick delivery

Gifted a bottle of Port over Christmas from this company. Well presented - the only issue was that the courier left it outside in the rain and the packaging got we.

Delightful customer service - fast delivery and very attentive to my special assistance on billing of the purchase done (special mention to Benjamin Meggitt). Highly recommended and I will be sure to use them again.

Item as described and prompt posting. Would recommend.
