Secret Bottle Shop Anmeldelser

Had the best evening at Social Sips Tasting on Friday. Fantastic Champagne, Wine and Whiskey accompanied by a beautiful selection of meats and cheeses and other nibbles. The venue it was held in was beautifully set out and the speaker from Pol Roger did an excellent job, she kept the evening light hearted and fun whilst explaining the history etc of what we were tasting. Also met some wonderful people at the evening and we all went for a drink together after. One of the best tasting evenings I’ve been too, but I wouldn’t expect anything else from Secret Bottle Shop thank you again guys for a memorable evening

Finally found the wine I was served on a cruise earlier this month. Easy to order, brilliant communication about delivery and super fast delivery which was so well wrapped. Highly recommended this company.

Great service. Kept updated and arrived safely.

Absolutely great service and good price for the Pol Roger Champagne, this brand really take some beating in my opinion. Will definitely recommend and not hesitate to use again! Many thanks JP

I pre-ordered an item and was kept up to date as to when stock would be arriving. The day after the stock was received I received my bottle. The service was very fast. The bottle was packaged very well. I would highly recommend this company and I will be certainly using them again

Benjamin was very helpful in arranging my order . Sadly the package was wrongly addressed to the wrong person but correct residence. This caused great confusion and the bottle almost was turned away until I intervened and explained the error . I don't know if the mistake was at the bottle shop or Royal Mail

I came across this independent shop whilst searching for a limited edition whisky that was available on pre-order. The ordering process was simple and I found the prices were great value.
I was kept fully informed of despatch arrangements and once in stock the item was sent quickly. Really great service from beginning to end. Many thanks.

Ordered stock which arrived quickly and well packed, then pre ordered a collectible, as always a very clean and good service with upto date corespondence. Always a great service so very happy again. I unfortunately can only have a 5***** again. When you get good service from start to finish it’s good to be recommended knowing that you get what you ordered as you would expect……thank you

Brilliant site, great prices for pre order items, swift delivery, well packaged. Will use the site again on all occasions requiring alcohol 👌🤗

A fantastic service with great customer support and I was always kept in the loop

By far one of the best places to shop for whisky. The service from the team is second to none, they are more than happy to help. Any queries that you call about there is no rush to get you off the phone and they give great advice. The packing team always makes sure your bottles arrive safe and sound. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Came across this website whilst searching for specific aged bottles of Grahams Port for my husbands birthday. The Secret Bottle Shop had exactly what I wanted, ordering was easy, communications good and the bottles arrived the following day. Excellent service, would recommend and will definitely use again.

I ordered a gift boxed magnum bottle of Laurent Perrier Rose champagne as a present for my daughter and her partner who were moving into their new home together. The delivery was quick, next day, the bottle was very well packaged. I also elected to have a message engraved on the bottle which made it even more special. I was however disappointed that the gift box was damaged in some areas. I emailed Saxty Wines to bring this to their attention but have received no response.

Easy process to purchase a lovely rum for my husband’s birthday. Quick delivery and easy to contact the company with any wee queries 😊

Absolutely outstanding service really helpful in the time I had with the personalised engraving..

Placed an order for wine, to be sent as a birthday gift.
The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was dealt with precisely as anticipated - with speed and efficiency.
Though yet to enjoy their gift
the recipient has commented on how exceptionally well the bottles were packaged, whilst knowing ‘the best is yet to come’!

Amazing service , fast delivery and very secure packaging. Thank you

Excellent service and fast post

I ordered a special edition Macallen - A Night on Earth - the Journey to celebrate my Mums life following her funeral on 12/08/2026. I was prompted by receipt of an email advertising it. It seemed fitting with the 5 planet alignment and tue partial eclipse as well as it being Mums Birthday and I paid for extra for the bottle to be engraved to commemorate the occasion.
There was one thing I’d overlooked - I only ordered it at the weekend and needed to take delivery by the Tuesday at the latest.
I wrote to the company explaining my dilemma and they worked extremely hard to ensure I received this.
I presented this as a gift to my dad and we enjoyed a toast to Mum as the eclipse was it it’s peak.
Thank you to Benjamin for making this possible and the team for their excellent service. I have used your company before and will definitely order from you again.

Fantastic service from The Secret Bottle Shop.

Carl was very helpful on the phone and sorted everything out quickly and easily. I was genuinely surprised by how fast the delivery arrived, and everything was extremely well packaged.

My wife is delighted with her 12 bottles of rosé, which worked out at roughly £4 a bottle cheaper than Amazon, even including the postage and packaging.

I also treated myself to three bottles of red, which took the order over the amount needed for free delivery — it would have been rude not to! 🍷

Great prices, excellent service and speedy delivery. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say:

“I’ll be back!” 😄🍷

Highly recommended.
