Horrible experience overall with this company. They do not test their products properly as confirmed by their custom service and try to blame non working appliances on delivery lol. I was sent a broken wall oven, that first did not get a display then once that was fixed was not able to cook for long because of a broken oven temp sensor. Honestly if it wasn't for me constantly following up and coordinating MY OWN service call to take a look at the oven nothing would have gotten done. They ultimately sent a new oven and refused to pay for installation of the new one which should have been part of the warranty service since they are the ones that had to replace the oven due to sending out a faulty one, also did not reimburse the fee of the original installation on the broken oven. Save yourself time and look elsewhere

Edit: The company responded saying they offered option as a full refund, that is a lie and they did not otherwise I would have went that route. They only offered an exchange of the broken oven or go forward with servicing the broken one. They also weren't in communication unless I contacted them multiple times.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. they do not test their products properly before sending them out, I shared the email response images on my Facebook review, the customer service team admitted to only turning it on and not fully testing function. they sent me a broken oven and took 2.5 months of back and forth before they decided to send me a second one, they never offered a refund, they then forced me to pay uninstallation of the oven and reinstallation of a new oven. I did not have a working oven for a total of 4 months, including the entire Christmas break, because of their lack of effort and attention. I had to contact this company several times with no response for days on end. The company refused to expedite a new oven to me even after several months of back and forth. It was an awful experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

I dealt with Sew regarding a little issue that I had, she was extremely quick to respond and offered me Solutions to fix the situation quickly and efficiently. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time, Second Shop really values their customers and I can definitely say that any future purchase that I have to do in the future I will always pass by their website first and refer them to as many people as I can. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a stove, fridge, and dishwasher from SecondShop and saved thousands! We’re currently in the process of renovating our home, and we’ll be using SecondShop for all other appliances that we need. I was so impressed with the quality, price, and delivery.

Dishwasher arrived with damages. Although this is out of Secondshop's control, I had to argue quite a bit in order to get a satisfactory outcome.

We eventually came to a satisfactory compensation agreement and ultimately I found myself satisfied with their service. I'll consider buying again from them in the future.
