DON’T GET THE FOOD PASS!
Went in 2017, remember a wonderful time. Staff helpful, able to see shows. July 2023 we took our daughter and granddaughter. Any staff we asked could not comprehend basic questions. Example: where is the Welcome Center? (In English.) Asking about the photo package: are there photo takers to take pictures outside of shows or private expeditions? (Answer was “Yes, that will be $70.”) We took the package in good faith and found out it was only for the amusement park rides which we didn’t go on - only because there was only one person working that kiosk.
The All Day Dining was a waste of time and money we waited at LEAST an hour just to get to the front of the line. The unlimited drinks are not honored at all restaurants.
We only got to see exhibits, no shows. We tried to prepare to know what to expect and how to plan. Seemed like everything we did just created another obstacle. So totally disappointed.
Not the same Sea World that I remember
Not the same Sea World that I remember. So sad that the interactive exhibits were very dull. Lines for food were over an hour long for with the "all day eat" pass. Just the line for entry and parking was a long 45 min wait, Everything was so overpriced, for what they had to offer. Im sad that my children didn't get to make the memories that I had when I was their age. I will not go back or recommend for anyone to spend a trip there and waste their money.
Insane waiting…
Took almost hour to pay for parking only one girl working both sides of the booth.
Over hour to just get to the ticket line since not all ticket booths were open 4 out of the 12 still another half hour to go WAIT IS RIDICULOUS! Along with the high cost of the ticket things should run smoother. Once inside the park things went better only hour to ninety min wait times. Shows were awesome and you support a great cause . Dont let long wait discourage you it was WORTH IT!!!

I am writing you share my family's experience while visiting Seaworld Orlando yesterday.
May I start by suggesting that you have staff members monitoring lines or at least in close proximity in the event their help is needed.
Yesterday as me, my husband, and my 3 kids were waiting for enter the penguin habitat after about 45-60 mins there was a woman with 3-4 additional people that cut the line. As she asked me to excuse her so she can pass and get upfront, I responded by telling her no as me and everyone else in the lie had been waiting for a while and she should wait her turn. She began to be verbally abusive, she pushed me out of the way and cut the line. Her husband then came to us and was threatening violence because we made his wife upset by not letting her cut the line. Their were young kids around including mine and as me and other guests were searching around for a staff member to help mediate the situation there was no one around to assist. Even with all of the yelling. This was not a great experience for my family or the other families that had to witness this. This could have been avoided or at the least, mediated sooner had their been a staff member in close proximity.
I understand you all cannot watch or monitor all guests and their every move but when there is a group of guests not willing to wait their turn (excluding the pay to skip option) and they become disrespectful to all the other guests because they do not want to wait in the heat, someone needs to intervene and enforce the rules. Without this everyone will just do whatever they want and it will cause chaos.
These theme parks are expensive and we do it with the intent of creating memorable experiences for our children. However my children and the children in the line have a negative memorable experience because of some inconsiderate individuals that felt the rules do not apply to them. Something better needs to be done. When we were planning our day at Seaworld we did not know we also have to plan how to defend ourselves and our children. That was not a family friendly experience.
Annual passes auto-renew without notice and upcharged
We had annual family passes for a year that expired 2 months ago. I happened to see a payment come out of my bank for Seaworld so I called to ask why I'm being charged when my passes are expired. The girl said they auto-renew and there's nothing she can do but cancel our passes. I didn't get an email or anything in the mail saying they were auto-renewed and at $45 more per month than what I previously paid. She said it's in the fine print on the contract I signed over a year ago. Not only have we not used the marks because I thought our passes expired but they've been charging me and refused to refund my money except for one months payment. I think this is super shady and just a way to charge people without them knowing. Anyone getting an annual pass, if you plan on canceling after your term you need to call and do that or they will auto-renew at a higher rate. I didn't get an email that I can recall stating it would auto-renew. Shame on Seaward and their policies.
Loud music and very expensive
We have been a few times to SeaWorld and enjoyed it but on the visits this time we have been VERY disappointed. The music throughout the park is TOO loud, the prices of the food is very expensive and of poor quality. To add insult to this they have a 5% surcharge on everything you buy.
The staff were not very friendly either, will not be revisiting.
We also visited Aquatica and the $50 charge to rent a locker was absolutely a RIPOFF, you should be ashamed as the tickets are already expensive without this ridiculous cost.
Dead sea Lyons and no one checked to make sure it's ok
I've been looking forward to SeaWorld for 20 years ever since I came as a little kid. I had the worst experience. We came on July 23rd. We waiting on the mako for an hr. Finally we sit down. Then they kicked us off the ride cause a storm was 45 mins away. Then we took shelter for 2 hours The rain passed. Then we went to the sea lyon show and sat for 30 mins for it to start. At the scheduled time, they made an announcement that it was canceled due to weather. Even tho it wasn't raining and it didn't rain for 2 more hrs. So we walked to where the sea Lyons were playing. We saw a seal under a rock, it looked dead. We alerted the guy who works there and told him. He didn't do anything. He wouldnt even go look to see if it's ok. He acknowledged what I said and said ok
an didn't tell anyone or send hel. Next we were waiting in line for the infinity falls. Line was super long cause the Atlantis ride was closed. After waiting 30 mins we finally got to the entrance of the ride. The sign said 150 more minutes. We then heading to guest services to get a refund for today. Then the line was an hr long just to get a refund. We all got so frustrated and left. This place ruined my family's trip. We will not be returning to any of the theme parks cause of our experience. We would consider going back to SeaWorld if we could get a refund. On SeaWorlds website it says skip the line was 15$ per person however when we showed up they wanted 80$ per person.
Free the whales
Boring, expensive experience
Think carefully before visiting. We found the hard way with 4 children, ages 7, 11, 13, 15 that the age variation makes for a very boring time. SeaWorld can’t seem to decide if they are about marine life or roller coasters. Marine life exhibits are mediocre, but at least entire family can walk thru at same time. As to the rides, with the age variation the 7 year old could ride NOTHING, (too old/big for the Sesame Street baby thing) the 11 some. We spent the day sitting the sun waiting for one or two to ride something. Miserable experience. Prices ridiculous. $5 small water bottle; $7 ice cream with one popsicle stick. Lunch, 3 meals shared with 6 was $52, small, unappetizing. Then we see a 3% and later a 5% SERVICE CHARGE on our receipts. Never ever will we be back. The kids deemed the place “BORING”.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for continuing to victimize these animals for profit. They for sure cannot be released, but they deserve better than some moron tourists gawking at them while they swim around in a fishbowl. 🤮
We got there when it opened
7/6/2023 we got there when they opened, the Krackin and journey to Atlantis and the Mako, were all closed. By noon most of the places where you got refills were out of ice. It's July in Florida. wth

I have never gone to one of these places, and i never will. These places hold animals captive from their homes and are incredibly inhumane. Supporting these Corporations is just terrible

Ride lines are absolutely ridiculous
Ride lines are absolutely ridiculous. When you think the line is moving it’s not. Journey to Atlantis has to be the worst lines to wait in. It’s been almost and hour and a half and I’ve feel like my family has barely moved through the line. Like how is that possible!!! At least universal and Disney are better with lines. THEY ACTUALLY MOVE!!! 😡😡😡 Worst experience ever!

If you visit these places then you are actually giving money to a place that exploits beautiful sea creatures. They belong in the wild. Go on a whale watching tour and see them in the wild where they belong. It's time that all of these places were shut down.
