Good but no instructions
Delivery and quality of chair were good, but disappointed there were no assembly instructions in the box or available to download. Although there wasn't much involved in assembling the chair, knowing which screws etc were supposed to go would have helped.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that the delivery and quality of the chair were good.
We’re sorry that the assembly instructions were not included in the box. These chairs do normally come with instructions, so it may have been missed from your parcel during packing.
We appreciate you letting us know, and we’ll make sure this is raised with our warehouse team to help prevent it happening again.
Kind regards,
Sorin

Seats took weeks to arrive
Seats took weeks to arrive . When they did they were damaged. I am yet to receive any response. Communication is poor. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery time and that the chairs arrived damaged.
Some models and colours can take longer to arrive when they are on pre-order. We do show this on our website for each chair model and colour, including which items are currently in stock with available quantities and which ones are on pre-order.
I can see that you ordered the VIVA chairs, which are a very popular model and have received good feedback from many of our customers, so we’re sorry this has not been your experience.
Please contact us directly at sab@seatsandbeyond.co.uk with your order details and photos of the damage, and we will look into this for you as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
Seats and Beyond

viva chairs
I like the colours , and the seats are comfortable.
The seats are rough. They pull my clothing. For the price, they should be smooth.
They were not delivered in 3-5 days as advertised.
They did not follow delivery instructions, and they were left at the front of my house

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you like the colours and find the Viva chairs comfortable.
The chairs are manufactured from recycled polypropylene, which helps us offer them at a price significantly lower than many comparable models. Because of the recycled material and manufacturing process, the surface may feel slightly more textured than chairs made from virgin polypropylene. However, we are surprised and concerned to hear that the finish is catching on your clothing, as this is not something we would normally expect. Please contact us with photographs so we can inspect the issue and advise further.
Regarding delivery, the order was sent using a third-party courier. We provide the courier with all delivery instructions supplied by the customer, but unfortunately, we cannot always control whether individual drivers follow those instructions correctly.
My order was delivered on time
My order was delivered on time. The customer service was very good. Also the price of the goods was very reasonable compared to other retailers. Concerning quality, I can see the goods has appealing look and the make is very good.

Svar fra SeatsAndBeyond.co.uk
We’re sorry to hear that the chairs arrived with a poor finish and visible marks.
Please contact our team directly before forming a final opinion of our service, as some marks may have occurred during transit rather than during manufacturing. We would appreciate the opportunity to inspect the issue and put things right for you.
Please email us with your order number and clear photographs of the affected chairs, and we will investigate this promptly and offer an appropriate solution.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that you felt disappointed with the return process.
We do completely understand that waiting for a collection can be frustrating. However, we would like to respectfully clarify that the original delivery was processed and completed in good time. As per our returns policy, arranging and covering the return of an unwanted item would normally be the customer’s responsibility.
That said, because of the size and nature of the parcel, we tried to assist beyond our standard return terms by arranging a collection through a third-party courier on your behalf. Unfortunately, the courier experienced issues with their collection booking system, which caused a delay outside of our direct control.
We appreciate that this was inconvenient, but we did act in good faith and did everything within our power to help resolve the return as quickly as possible once the courier system issue was fixed.
The collection has now been processed, and we will continue to monitor it until completed.
Kind regards,
Seats and Beyond

This site seemed illegitimate at first…
This site seemed illegitimate at first due to the lack of reviews and "feeling" I got from research. I did an order for very niche folding chair (I have limited home office space) and they shipped it earlier than expected!
It's definitely a bulk shipping site but the chair I got was cheaper than most other sites and came in perfect condition.
