After care service is appalling
After care service is appalling! I have spent a lot of money on swimwear and I usually love the swimsuits. I decided to order another swimsuit for a friend's birthday as a treat, but on receipt the package had been opened both inside and out then put into a DHL bag! The packaging was appalling, even the comp slip was screwed up! I have asked politely and sent an email with photographic evidence and asked for a replacement to be sent. Initially I was told this won't happen again sorry - um hello, I am not happy now who knows if I will order again! I then had to email again asking for a replacement to be sent out to be told I have to return it by accessing the portal and going to a returns point! I am an honest human being, want this as a gift and to pay £94 for a swimsuit that looks like it has been worn, returned and then sent out to me. Disgusting presentation, unacceptable and unprofessional. I just want the replacement sent out to me and I will return this one to you on receipt - you have my name, my number and my address and of course I will return this one - but I want the replacement, it's really simple!

These swimsuits are like no other - they’re so flattering and fit so well. I would highly recommend this brand. I have several different styles, all brilliant. I especially appreciate that they aren’t too high cut.

First time buying from this company and I wasn't disappointed definitely be buying another bikini. The quality of this was fabulous. I know it's a bit more expensive than other brands. Lots of designs and style to choose from. I would order my normal bra size. Thank you for prompt service

Received items, ordered in more than one size for fitting, not at all happy with returns process
Several Emails requesting “ authorisation code” not replied to. Telephone numbers hard to get and then not contactable. Then “ free” delivery disappears as there is a charge for returns- not made clear at point of purchase. ATM I am stuck with an item I don’t want and have no means of returning

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience, Monadi Ahmad was an absolute gem in my hour of need. After much searching at different stores I Found a great swim suit, it arrived with a small flaw and I wanted a replacement with only 2 days before my flight, Monadi responded quickly and with empathy, sending me a replacement immediately. Absolute diamond. I was so moved and relieved with the response it is so refreshing to get such an understanding and kind response to an enquiry and not, as I have experienced with previous companies, getting lost within a system that has no room for anomalies.
