Awful quality and refund policy not compliant with UK Consumer regulations
My wife ordered swimwear from this company. Quality of the received product was awful as mentioned by others on here. We returned the item for refund. The cost of swimwear was refunded. However the original delivery charge of £5.99 was not refunded.
Pointed out to the company that regardless of what their policy states UK Consumer regulations requires the retailer to refund the cost of the retailers standard delivery charge in this case £5.99. However Seaspray are refusing to refund the amount despite this refusal being illegal
I have started a Credit Card charge back and reported the company to Citizens Advice.
Be aware this company does not abide by UK Consumer regulations

after submitting a charge back and contacting Consumer Advice Seaspray finally agreed to refund the delivery charge

Excellent customer service
Products look fantastic and I cannot rate their customer service higher. I did have a minor manufacturing issue with my purchase, however after I emailed, the customer service team responded immediately and went above and beyond to resolve this for me. The process was painless and left me feeling extremely valued as a customer. Thank you Seaspray!

Appalling customer service and my order never arrived.
I ordered and paid for express delivery but the items haven’t arrived. I have emailed the company but no response. I have telephoned twice and got the same lady twice who wasn’t able to help or tell me anything other than she would get someone to call. That hasn’t happened either. The money was taken immediately from my account.
Very disappointed.
Update. 2days later.
The company have now emailed me to say my order has been cancelled and they have refunded my money ( not received yet).
No explanation and a very brief “sorry”.

Absolutely dreadful customer service-…
Absolutely dreadful customer service- appalling communication and no resolution regarding defective swimsuits whose lining was too large for the suit and spilled out at bust and derriere. My second honeymoon was spoilt with not being able to wear my swimsuits. This is a known issue for Seaspray and Haddows group yet I was not given a refund as it was over the 30 day return window. The problem is not noticeable until you wear the suit and move around in it or get it wet. The 30 day return window is not valid if a product is defective yet Seaspray would not budge re my initially promised refund. If the lining was not defective the swimsuits would have been lovely but unfortunately they are unwearable plus I am out of pocket. Beware please.

Swimsuit success!
Easy to order once I’d sorted out the measurements. Communication re deliveries was good. Very pleased with the swimsuit I ordered and thrilled that it fit having tried several on in various stores.

RETURNS PROCESS IS BAD.
I HAVE EMAILED DIRECT TO COMPANY VIA THEIR WEBSITE & AM NOT GETTING RESPONSE. I AM UNABLE TO GET A RETURNS LABEL OR EVEN A QR CODE TO ENABLE ME TO PRINT A RETUNS LABEL MYSELF. I FOLLOWED
THE RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS CORRECTLY ON THE WEBSITE ….. I AM STILL STUCK WITH A PARCEL THAT I NEED TO RETURN. BAD ORGANISATION RE HELPING CUSTOMERS WITH RETURN QUERIES.

Excellent customer service
The swimsuits are really well made and the quality is far better than swimwear that I have purchased from elsewhere. I am totally impressed with the exchange process as well, I didn’t have to wait for a returned item to be received before the new item was shipped.

Sent the wrong pareo. I am awaiting further advice from Customer Services on what to do next. At these prices you expect excellent customer service and I am gutted that now my outfit may be incomplete for a beach club event in a few days.
