Perfect Service, Better Candidate
Gorilla Marketing have used other recruiters in the past to find staff - and while the service and **eventual** candidate have always been amazing - it's been so refreshing having an actual SEO do the recruiting for us. Josh grasped the niche skillset I was looking for right away, one week later I got sent one CV that ticked every box - and most importantly - the candidate was a great fit culturally. I was promised more in the coming days after a more thorough screening process of a shortlist he was dealing with - but it got hit out of the park first time. A job offer was made to the candidate during the interview - the first time we've ever done that as an agency. I could not recommend them enough - worth every penny.
