I still have not received the order so i can’t review something I don’t have.

The chair I ordered is beautiful, nice quality and exceeded my expectations. The customer service via email was prompt and responsive. I emailed multiple times because I did not know it would take 5 weeks for my chair to arrive, but customer service was great at letting me know the shipping timeline via email. Overall, I am very satisfied! Worth the wait!

The chair is of fine quality. The instructions could have been more detailed with more specific details of steps.

I ordered 3 pieces of the same waterproof printed beach bag. very disappointed as the fabric does not seem to be waterproof, & is extremely soft, it would be practically impossible to put stuff in the bag, as nothing would stay open, it's just like a puddle on the floor. Next, one of the bags has a very strong odor of mildew which is very gross. lastly, I sent an email to your customer service regarding my issues, & I heard absolutely nothing back ! not good customer service !!

Good quality and good price. Two problems however: I ordered size 8, and it is a little bit under eight also Sterling silver is not stamped with 925 so I am not sure that it is sterling silver
