Soothes perimenopausal redness and sensitive skin
My skin has gone bonkers during perimenopause, but Sea Magik was a godsend when nothing else worked. The mud mask deep cleanses my pores but doesn’t trigger redness or sensitivity, plus you can easily get two treatments from one packet; several more if only using on T-zone. Lock that ingredients are natural, with no chemical nasties to trigger a reaction.

I loved these products for my skin
I loved these products for my skin! For the first time in a long time my skin wasn’t dry, itchy and painful which it so often is because I suffer with really bad outbreaks of psoriasis on my legs.

Skin Softener has changed for the worse
Used their skin softener for 20+ years it cleared and kept my psoriasis Away. They changed it from the 330 ml bottle to a75ml tube so a bit of a price rise. But, worst of all it no longer keeps my psoriasis away, it came back and I notice the product is now gritty! I got a bottle of old stock Thankfully it has cleared it up again. so product changed but no longer effective for me. I've just bought 6 bottles of old stock!

Torn: fab products vs Horrific advertising
I’m 50/50 with this brand at present & wondering whether to jump ship and go elsewhere.
The products that I have used are brilliant, I adore them and have been recommending and gifting … however, the social media = ☠️ horrific.
I actually feel embarrassed recommending this brand to people as the first thing they ask for is if they are on IG. And I have to do the “Well yes, BUT…” which is cringey and annoying. . . “the page doesn’t remotely reflect the items, products and results💯, honest” -customers shouldn’t have to be doing this for a brand!
The page repeatedly shows several middle aged females, with no comprehension as to angles, lighting or how off-putting their tones and visuals are.. very VERY poor marketing decisions being made by management there. . . and very poor feedback from friends and family too.
Would I recommend the items I have used, very much so!!! Do I have to flick past their posts- every single time!
Such potential in this brand.. IF they trusted it in the hands of more appealing advertisements/ people etc

Lovingly packaged-great product
I ordered a massive bag of epsom salts, I love a good long bath and saw these were half price. I usually go with bog standard but the price for the amount you get, really caught my eye,
Delivery was speedy, lovingly packaged, and I shall enjoy these for weeks to come, they are absolutely devine, a real treat, thank you!!!

I ordered a few weeks ago and still haven't received my item. I wrote out to the support email provided numerous times to check on the status of my order and had no response. Very poor customer service. Feel like I have wasted my money.

Great products - but poor customer service
I am a fan of the Sea Magik scalp shampoo and conditioner, and the gel factor 50 suntan lotion, BUT my most recent order leaked in the box, and despite 3 emails to their support email I have had ZERO response. Very poor customer service and I will think long and hard before I place any more orders.

Jade emailed asking for your address 27/6/2022 and I can't see a reply from you (so sorry if you didnt recieve this), but I should be able to find your address on your original order so I will look now. We will ofcourse send you a replacement for your inconvenience. I will get this out to you today, and pop in a free 21 mineral mist which shoud be lovely to cool you down in this weather! I hope you enjoy your products once you receive them.
Hiding negative reviews, inferior product rebrand
The company has rebranded products and reduced the concentrations of the deep sea mud. The products especially the conditioner are poor now. I put a review on their website but they are filtering them and only seem to have 5* reviews on there and they look suspicious. I will try again and if it doesn't work will report them.
Update : The reply is unsatisfactory and the old formula was perfectly 'Clean and concious' and if the deep sea mud didn't fit why have they not totally removed it from the new formulation! They just have profits in mind and not the quality of the product.

The products seem great but not the website
The products seem great, but the website is hard work and I eventually ordered some products and got as far as ordering and would not work so I lost patience and left the website.
