Apartment Sivella in Puerto pollenca is in a beautiful position, unfortunately the apartment itself was tired and dirty. Housekeeping did return but it didn’t look any different. Furniture is tired and shabby, lighting is very poor, bedding is inadequate . Left early as we felt very uncomfortable in these surroundings. Would not use Sealand villas again as they really didn’t want to know.

Great house in perfect position

We booked this villa for our sons to stay for our wedding in Zakynthos. The villa was modern, clean and had everything to make their stay a positive and comfortable experience. The host was accommodating where she gave suggestions for places to eat and where to go. She arranged transport to our wedding venue and to the airport. She also allowed us to bring shopping to the villa at an earlier time ready for when our sons arrived that night. We would definitely book this villa again if we visit Zakynthos.

We had a great holiday in Aumadrava Gran, beautiful pool and lovely house, although a bit hard to find on the first arrival. Great layout for a family of 7 people.

Villa Can Ros, Port Pollensa, Mallorca. Spacious and relatively comfortable Villa. Good location for access to the town and beach. Issues on arrival (Safe broken, no Coffee Pot, no Pool Towels) dealt with relatively promptly and with pleasant staff.

However. The Villa is very dated (most significantly it bears little resemblance to the photographs as advertised). Needing considerable updating, maintenance and repair contrary to particulars stating “all modern amenities”. Small but significant disappointments were - only one broken sun umbrella available, billiard table defunct, pool tiles missing, garden & poolside not cleaned from previous guests. The Dishwasher, essential for larger groups, did not wash! Lack of plug sockets. The windows of the retained apartment of the owners overlooks the garden and terrace reducing privacy; there was noticeable noise disruption from said apartment after hours. These issues are not compatible with the higher rental charge.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft. Perfekt für 2 Pärchen durch die 2 großen Schlafzimmern. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, mit einem Auto oder Fahrrad ist alles schnell zu erreichen.
Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Aussenbereich mit dem Pool.
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr bemüht.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, beim nächsten Mal dann länger :)

Très bonne communication et instructions sur le logement de la part de Sealand Villas. Le logement était conforme à la description, très propre et même avec des kits essentiels pour les premiers jours.

The location is really great. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. On a nice quiet street. Lovely pool.
The house is very spacious with a lot of different seating areas inside and outside. Great if you want to hang out at the house. All of the bedrooms are up stairs. The house is a split level design. There are stairs going down into the garage from the kitchen and then stairs going up to the bedrooms. Something to keep in mind if you are traveling with someone with accessibility limitations.
We stayed with our 2 year old son and really appreciated all of the beach stuff at the house. Toys, umbrellas, chairs… these were greatly appreciated by our family!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Ideally I should submit two reviews! Firstly Sealand Villas. We have used them for twenty years and they seriously dropped the ball with our original booking. We booked last summer for our ideal villa for a family party of 8. Flights and car hire were arranged early in 2025. All good, but no. Sealand got in touch in May to say the villa had been double booked and we could not have it, despite the fact we had booked it first! They offered alternatives but by that time of year the best 4 bed 4 bath villas were taken. This caused me, the organiser, much stress and Sealand were not very helpful. My complaints were met with referral to Terms and Conditions, that allowed Sealand to sh*t on us at will! As flights and cars were booked we had to accept an inferior villa in a less favourable location. In light of their error Sealand offered us a 5% discount and an upgraded welcome pack. ( Subsequently found out the 5% was generally offered on all late bookings).
A month later I received a sales email from Sealand showing late availability. What did I spot - a four bed, four bath villa ideal for our group. Sealand had not thought to offer us this property, but on request we booked it. End of bad review.
The Villa. We stayed in Villa Val Den Marc. It may be the best we have had. Splendid Isolation sums it up. It is approx 5 miles from Pollenca just off the MA10. It is in a fantastic scenic location - at the head of the valley, surrounded by mountains. There are 4 very large bedrooms, each with large ensuites, plus a fifth ground floor bathroom, ideal for use from the pool. The kitchen is large and the outside seating area lovely. The pool is a good size with entrance steps. 2m at it's deepest.
The beds received mixed reviews, but 8 people will always want different types of mattress. We had the usual fight with ants and by keeping very clean and wiping down after any meal, I think we will call it a score-draw!
We ate out in both Pollensa and the port and also in Alcudia. Spoilt for choice as ever in Mallorca.
The villa is ideally placed for road cyclists, being at the very start of the Feminia Climb. Two of us hired bikes from Harry at Pollenca Cycling - highly recommended. We hired the cars from Riog - once again can recommend.
So in summary, not sure we will use Sealand again but can recommend Villa Val Den Marc.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, es gab einen großen Außenbereich, einen sehr großen Pool, der auch einen tiefen Bereich hatte. Die Küche war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Grill war perfekt, auch das Bett im hinteren Bereich war bequem. Es gab 3 Bäder, eines davon im Außenbereich. Das Personal haben wir kaum wahrgenommen, da diese stets sehr früh den Außenbereich der Villa gepflegt haben.
Leider waren nicht alle Betten bequem. In der Küche sind Ameisen durchs Fenster hereingekommen, dort ist es vermutlich nicht ganz dicht? Der Poolboden war nach einer Woche etwas verdreckt. Die Oberfläche des Pools konnte man aber mit einem Kächer regelmäßig selber reinigen. In dem hinteren Badezimmer im Elternzimmer kamen Gerüche aus dem Abfluss hoch.
Insgesamt war es jedoch eine super schöne Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

I and a group of five friends stayed at Villa Auba in May and found it perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It was wonderful to sit on the patio for breakfast in the mornings and enjoy the view and occasional hoopoe.
The villa was so good that one of our group wants to return later in the year with his family.

We had a fantastic holiday thanks to Sealand Villas. The accommodation was perfect and they had everything ready for us. Communication was first class both before and after our trip. My mother lost her phone but we weren't sure where, but Sealand Villas got in touch a few days after we returned, they'd found the phone and helped us get it sent back to UK. They really went above and beyond with excellent service.

Wonderful place!
Villa Tatoli is a wonderful place! It was as described in the fotos. We enjoyed our stay very much. All clean an comfortable and very tastefully furnished. Everything fully equipped and very nice.

The most satisfactory thing is its living room, which is spacious and bright. Its kitchen is fully equipped and provides seasonings, which is very thoughtful. A supermarket called Eroski ist nearby, making it very convenient to restock supplies. Free of charge parking place ist close as well.
This apartment has two bedrooms with four beds, but unfortunately only one toilet und the drain of shower room is clogged. It would be perfect if it could be improved.
In short, it is worth recommending.
