I bought a lovely high quality pen from this company after a recommendation from a friend - it arrived very quickly but there was a problem with the flow of ink. I contacted Sonny at customer services who was fantastic. I sent him some photos through so he could identify the problem and he sent me a brand new pen the same day! Great company. Pen slips from cap and they asked for a video. Sent video via email and they promptly are sending a new pen. No BS, no transferring, no calls.

愛用していたスクリブナー社から、求めた金色の万年筆が先日、忽然と消えた。其の事をメールにて送信したら、今回1回限り、善意として、交換ペンをお送りしてくださる、とのことであった。
此の後、数度のメールの遣り取りがあり、つい、昨日。

朝の散歩から、帰宅すると、母が使用していた部屋に何の氣なく、入った。そうしたら、あの輝かしい金色の万年筆が畳に転がっていた。

其の事実を早速、スクリブナー社さんにメールした。まだ、朝の8時前、配達員さんが稼働するであろう9時には充分な時間がある。

21:40客間のソファで眼を覚ます。どうやら、昼過ぎから座って寝てた様だ。郵便受けを開けたら、スクリブナー社さんからの小包があった。

メールの返信を拝読したら、善意でくださる、との事。誠に有り難く、嬉しい。

カスタマーサポートのソニーさんとの数度にわたるメールの遣り取りは本当に楽しかった。

自分は此の金色に輝く万年筆がとっても好きだ。此れからも2本となった此のペンを大切に愛用させていただく。

The folks at this company are very responsive and I get answers about questions very quickly. The pen they sent me is wonderful. It is durable and the kind of pen you want with you when you’re traveling.

We had an issue with the mechanism of a pencil. Mary couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately the problem that we experienced appears to have been a common one and had resulted in the entire pencil range being withdrawn. Regrettable, as in every other respect it was a beautiful instrument. The refund was processed and paid into my bank the same day.

I finally decided to use my beautiful fountain ink pen purchased in January 2024 and whilst working from home my cat jumped on my work station causing my pen to roll off the table and damaging the nib. I decided to contact customer services, not expecting anything more then the usual "Sorry can't help you!" like alot of what other companies would do. But, I was totally shocked and amazed that that was not the case at all. I received a response within minutes and after submitting information requested I was offered a replacement. This is so rare in today's climate, other companies can take weeks and months to resolve a similar situation. I can whole heartedly and honestly say I would definitely recommend friends and families to purchase from this company, their customer care is second to none and definitely exceeded my expectations. It was all dealt with within minutes by Sonny, customer advisor. Definitely the best customer care service I have received. Highly, highly recommend this business to anyone seeking good high quality writing pens and a decent aftercare service.

I didn't receive my pen and emailed the company. They responded within minutes, explained what may have happened, and immediately offered to send me another one. I am amazed by the care they have for their customers and will definitely be buying from them again.

Great product, writes beautifully and lovely customer service

I had a problem with my pen, I contacted the company's customer service and the response was immediate. My pen was spilling ink from the head, that caused it to stain my work documents... they will soon send me a new one, I am so delighted with the attention provided and I love the pen how pretty it is, its elegance and the good grip when writing . It is my favorite product for the office.

What a great small business! I bought a pen at a large store. Ordered refills on the Scriveiner website because I prefer blue ink. I bought a second different pen. Dan noticed the difference and followed up to make sure there wasn’t an error. Also recommended a pen. Just great all around customer service. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the ordering process for the pen that I purchased. However, one pen was not customized properly. I texted the company and got an immediate response from Dan. I sent him the required information and he has told me that he has expedited a replacement for the pen that was customized incorrectly. The customer service was excellent, even if the product was flawed. I look forward to a replacement pen soon.
