Customer care that was kind. Customer care should always be kind and rarely is. I had a small issue with my pen and without much a do they sent me a new replacement. I did not expect or even need a replacement but I got one. A lot of other service providers could learn a lot from Scriveiner's customer care.

What made my experience very good was how simple they made the process of replacing a pen for me. I answered a few simple questions with the original invoice with a few pictures and they replaced the pen immediately. Quick and simple with a polite service all that you want from a company.

I’m new to fountain pens, when I saw the scriveiner on Amazon, I really wanted it, so luckily I got one as a gift from a foundation, so far it is the best pen I have ever used, I had a problem with the warranty so I mailed to get customer service and the person who helped me was very polite and helpful. So thank you.

I sent a message about a problem on Sunday expecting a reply later in the week. Dan responded within an hour with very helpful advice which I followed and the problem is solved.

I ordered a pen as a gift and was very pleased with the weight and feel of the pen. Unfortunately there was a leakage issue with the ink refill - I contacted customer service at Scriveiner and was very pleased with the quick response and replacement pen that was shipped and received the next day. And this was a week before Christmas!! The replacement pen is wonderful and will be enjoyed by my nephew I'm sure. Thanks for your excellent service and product!

The very high standard of the products. I have three Fountain Pens in three colors, M and F nibs. They are my EDC pens. Nib, converter, body of the pens, well balanced, very well finished in every Details. I just love it!

Superb writing instrument! Brought the Dark Green and Black Rollerball pen. Writes beautifully, perfect weight. The flow of ink in both the Medium and Broad refills is the best in any other pen I’ve used. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent, and the customer service is first class. Amazing, quick informative responses. Always happy to help. This is a brand you must have if you’re passionate about writing. You will not be disappointed.

Prompt and efficient customer service. My Scriveiner mechanical pencil stopped working as it was not releasing the leads. I contacted by Chat Sonny at Scriveiner and although it was out of warranty, he very kindly agreed to replace it with a roller ball pen which arrived a couple of days later. I have been using Scriveiner products for some time and found them to be very good quality and will continue to purchase them.

I just got my 3rd fountain pen from here GREAT! Customer service if I would have know before I bought my second one because while cleaning my first one something happened and I couldn't put it back together now I know how good they are I won't do that again I Love the pens and even got a clerk at OxArc to buy one I won't ever be without one again the one I just got had a problem writing and Sonny was very helpful and I have another one on the way thank you

I had recently purchased a pen on Amazon. The pen is amazing but after a couple on months it stopped writing. I called customer service sent them the requested documentation and they responded right away. I was sent a replacement pen. This is the best customer service I have experienced. Sonny was such a pleasure to work with.

Bought a ball point and fountain pen and both excellent quality. I also bought some ink refills for the fountain pen that were too small. Customer service sorted out the issue promptly and sent out replacement. Excellent products and even better customer service. For me, they have a customer for life

The response from Scriveiner was quick and the information provided to me solved my issues regarding the ink cartridges I had purchased.

Scriveiner fountain pens write well, are comfortable to hold, easy to fill, and have vibrant colors. I've purchased several. After several months, the inner liner detached from the outer cap with one of the pens. I emailed them with my receipt and photos and heard back within about 36 hours that they would replace it free of charge-- and shipped it immediately. Dan, the customer service rep, was courteous, prompt, and apologized for the inconvenience. Excellent product and service!
