We used Scout Financial Services for our recent house move, and they were fantastic throughout what turned out to be a complex process. Our chain collapsed multiple times, which meant dealing with several mortgage extensions and new applications along the way. The final application had to be completed within a very tight timeframe due to further delays and our mortgage offer expiring—but Ross, our broker, handled it incredibly quickly and efficiently.
From start to finish, Ross was knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. He adapted to every curveball we faced, always taking the time to understand our needs and secure the best possible deal for us. Despite the stress of the move—especially as we were relocating just 10 days before our first baby arrived—Ross and his colleague Leslie made the mortgage side of things feel smooth and manageable.

Nick was very thorough in preparing for our mortgage application so that when the time came it was all very smooth and straightforward. The deal we got was very good. Nick also arranged life insurance and income protection and provided a good range of options to consider. Once we had agreed the options we wanted Beverly was excellent in following up and making sure everything was in place for completion.
