Scotch Whisky Auctions Anmeldelser

Excellent. Easy to bid and very quick to ship

i just like buying whisky and i have had some bargains

Very good , I like 👍

I hardly use SWA nowadays because of their "auction ending" is mysterious. Customers would have no ideas, when its going to end. Many bad experiences, one thing I know for sure is auction will end as soon as I was outbidded. How mysterious?

I prefer using other auction houses displaying ending time for each auction item.

Good morning, I was more than happy with the actual auction but was hugely disappointed with the uote to ship to my home address. I buy on average 2-3 bottles of whisky from the UK each month and the quote for £143 is £100 more than Royal Mile Whiskies for a single bottle and £63 more expensive than shipping upto 6 bottles from Whisky auctioneer and other UK sites. And its using the same DHL service that all the site send to Australia. I wont pay AU$300 for a bottle to be shipped. I am sending a bottle of whisky to the UK and its AU$72 express (4-6 business days) so the quote sent is just ridiculous. Please requote.

Easy to join, easy to bid and easy to pay!... plus postage is quick!

The member of staff was polite and very professional

Everything was smooth and well organized. Good selection. Very efficient and effective shipping. My bottles arrived within 2 days of auction end and payment via regular shipping. Nicely packed in bubble packaging specifically for bottles so my items were secure during transportation.

The process is simple and straightforward. If I have an issue it is that bidding can go on longer than the intended closure time. Perfect would be a closing time regardless of any location.

Always happy to accommodate and quick to respond.
Overall very good customer service.
Nothing to complain about.
Thank you.

I’ve been using this service consistently for over 10 years. They have always been fast and reliable courteous with their responses and all products have arrived as advertised. Excellent site, service and people. .

Excellent experience Excellent communication well worth using but just watch the surcharge when buying which I didn't know about.

Have sold with SWA before and found the whole process 1st class....the staff couldn't be more helpful.
This time I'm a buyer, and again can't fault the whole seamless process. Keep up the good work.....Cheers.

Great options, easy platform to use, very efficient. Great for a whisky enthusiast!

Fantastic service as always! Easy collection of the whiskies and really good communication throughout. Quick payment after the auction too!
Really great!!

Fabulous service from start to end.
Very informative and very helpful.

1ST Class Service
Dropped bottle off, kept informed about Auction every step of the way and cash was paid into my account within 3 days.
Staff professional, polite and very helpful with my enquiries
I would have no hesitation in returning.

SWA is a very reliable company that can be trusted to auction your whisky and send payment within about 2 weeks from the auction. Every element of the auction process worked well for me.
