Whisky did not arrive.
The website appeared to automatically increase bids on a number of items I was interested in. After an intervention email message this stopped thankfully and I successfully won two bottles. After paying for the bottles and postage the carrier (UPS) advised of delivery but I did not receive them. The proof of delivery stated the name of an unknown recipient. So, having spent a total of nearly £150 with SWA I have not received my bottles of whisky. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend SWA nor their courier services UPS.

My favorite auction house
I’ve been collecting Scotch for years and after using Scotch Whisky Auctions for a while, it's definitely my first choice. The selection is consistently great, the platform is easy to use and processing from bidding to delivery is smooth. They are super reliable. Highly recommended for anyone starting off in collecting and anyone serious about Scotch. Very happy here!
