I bought my Wolf King GT from scooterhut, it was okay at first but it always had a wobbly stem but I took it in for a repair because the screen was faulty and they decided to tighten the stem. I have no idea what they did but when I went to take it for a ride the scooter folded, luckily I was going around 10kmph otherwise I would have been a lot more hurt than I was. I messaged them about the issue and blamed everything on me. Saying there was no way for the pin to bend unless I crashed. The scooter was and still is in perfect condition besides the scratches from when the scooter folded.
I personally will not buy anything from them, the guy in the parramatta store (Sydney) is a prick, tried to accuse me of lying.
Everything in there store can be found at aliexpress for much cheaper and it’s the same quality just have to wait a bit longer for delivery but it’s less hassle than dealing with scooterhut.
I’ll update my review when I can find the date of my experience.
Don’t do it!!
I regret to say that my recent shopping experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. I encountered several issues that have left me quite disappointed.
First and foremost, the customer service provided was truly subpar. Their response time to emails was painfully slow, which made it challenging to address my concerns promptly.
Furthermore, when the product finally arrived, it was not only of a different style than what I had ordered but also in a faulty condition. This led to immense frustration and inconvenience.
To compound matters, the bike I ordered arrived with no instructions on how to assemble it. This lack of guidance made the process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.
Perhaps the most concerning aspect of this experience was the company's unwillingness to cooperate. It often felt like they were actively working against me, rather than trying to resolve the issues amicably.
Additionally, it became evident that there was a significant problem with their warehouse operations, as packages seemed to go missing frequently. This added further delays and complications to an already frustrating situation.
Perhaps the most disheartening part of this entire ordeal was their reluctance to accept responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of working towards an amicable solution, they appeared to be eager to escalate the situation towards legal action.
Ultimately, it took a staggering five months to resolve the problems stemming from my initial online order. Suffice it to say, I will not be considering this company for any future purchases. This has undeniably been the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

Guys think carefully before you decide to buy from them because you can be trick in a very bad way!!!
They sold me a refurbished scooter with 300 pounds and on the advert they said that is going to have few scratches but that scooter it's hell damaged and the battery have very poor range and I shouldn't, after 10 miles the battery was out, so how the scooter looks I think that's been used more than a year, probably other customers and I ended up with a very poor scooter for 300 pounds what's doesn't worth more than 150 pounds, but is seems that they like to trick people.
I'm very disappointed that I didn't expect to receive a very poor quality scooter for that amount of money.

I order my son a mi3 electric scooter for his birthday, on there website it states next working day delivery, since as I ordered on a Sunday I thought worst case it would be with me on Tuesday. I waited in all day but nothing. At 6:30pm I received an email starting my order had been cancelled, there was no courteously call or email before hand and I still haven’t received my refund!
My son has now had his birthday without his main present, to say we are gutted would be an understatement!

Scooterhub.com great prices for electric scooters but when a problem with it arises worst service ever...Tom will respond at 1st and put me onto segway themselves to get fixed...once they saw the invoice which showed a grey import meaning sourced outside segways channels its not warranted by them so went back to scooterhub..Tom with all the information from segway and has now totally stopped replying back meaning something is not what it should be ....thanks Tom I'm now out of pocket with broken scooter and a very upset daughter as it was a birthday present...please please beware before you purchase from these guys very unfair customer service indeed

The scooter came within 2 working days as stated. (Ordered 11/01/23 and arrived 13/01/23).
The price was £250 less than it was at Curry’s, which is what prompted me to take a punt with this model.
The scooter itself, pulls well with the 500w motor and gets up to speed faster than my Carrera impel 2 with its 350w motor.
The courier companies use, can also be an integral part of the overall experience.
Apc did what a parcel company should do. Deliver the parcel on time with no issues.
You can track the journey of your parcel and you are given a 2hr time slot for its arrival.
Back to Scooter hub, The price was right, the transaction was hassle free. The scooter was as described and arrived on time so that’s an A+ from me and I would certainly use them again.

Really rate this website had a problem with my scooter charging wire, they sent me a new one free of charge in the 23rd of December and it arrived on the 24th just before Christmas so can only give a positive rating and salute how professional their customer service is

I received my item very quickly
I received my item very quickly, it was delivered on time. It was taken back to the depot due to me not hearing the delivery driver knock. But very pleased it was taken back and not left on door step.
I rearranged to pick up from the depot and the staff were amazing very professional polite and carried my item to my vehicle for me.
Very impressed with service.

Very shady practices and incredibly poor customer service especially from the customer representative Tom, he was quite condescending and unpleasant.
If you’re planning a purchase with scooterhub I would advise extreme caution, specifically regarding their warranty policies. I have found that they do not honour their policies and will go to extreme lengths to avoid repairing or replacing your device when a fault arises.
Additionally it is impossible to reach them on the phone, there’s never a senior manager around that you can communicate with or if they are present they do not deign to speak to you.
Overall it has been quite an unpleasant purchase experience and I feel their customer representatives could benefit from retraining especially regarding setting customer expectations and dealing with difficult situations.
I would advise prospective customers to read prior poor reviews, as they are indicative of the type of company this is.
