An absoulute brilliant service and staff so nice and polite and easy to talk to

If I could give a zero star rating that would be my choice. This is the most disorganised unprofessional company I have ever come across. From the moment they picked my vehicle up they were late, told countless different reasons as to why they were late, then delivered my vehicle elsewhere without advising me, my insurance company had to put me up in a hotel because of the delay and the fact that I was 3 1/2 hours away from my home waiting for the recovery to arrive . They changed the drop-off ETA four times, absolute incompetence probably sums it up.
I hope I never encounter this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My car breakdown was handled extremely well by all concerned. Drivers, call handlers, everybody was very professional. Thank you all.

They were so friendly and very quick to arrange pick up of my van. The recovery driver was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Driver advised me well in advance of his arrival, was very polite and courteous.

Mohamed came to rescue me this morning 13/4/26 a lovely very efficient young man made the stress of breaking down very easy just straight forward rescue from start to finish thank you Mohamed

Used through green flag. Broke down on a motorway slip road, got given an ETA of 1.5 hours, recovery came in 30 mins, dropped me off home and brought a technician to my house to look at my car.
Would 100% use again or recommend to other people

The man that came out was condescending, tried to tell us we must have left something on for the battery to go flat when actually there was a problem and it happened again once we got home . We (myself and my daughter) felt like because we were both female we didn’t know how to turn the lights etc off ! He got the engine going by jump starting us but didn’t check anything else and the electric brake light was on all the way home

The mechanic that came out today was brilliant . Explained in detail what was wrong with my car and was very patient and wrote everything down for me . Can highly recomend them

Great service. Tow truck arrived approx. 1 hour+ earlier than expected & took me / car up to my usual repair garage (Just hope I don't need to use the service again).

Shit. Too late

Our car has been damaged by a bus today and not usable so you have recovered our car and helped with us, this as been a bad thing for us thanks for your help

I broke down at 13:30, and recovery didn’t arrive till 20:30, how do you expect someone who’s broken down to be stranded at the roadside for 7 hours.

I was given 3 different ETAs, three different reasons why the times been extended. I was appalled at the service. The recovery finally arrived and the guy was very polite and to the point. Still a shocking service to be waiting that long. What a joke.

Took my situation seriously. The recovery driver was fantastic and careful attending to my old car. My car was loaded onto the ramp and kindly dropped off at the garage late at night. Forever grateful for both wonderful customer service and also to the driver.

The receptionist was very polite and told me that they hoped to get someone out within the hour or at least within the next two hours. The rrecovery company Mansfield they used texted me and I was able to see where he was and how long he would be. He arrived within the hour. He loaded my car onto his loader with the dogs. I had two large dogs with me. He was going to take to a garage where they would have replaced the tyre, but I had spoken to my local garage and they had ordered the tyre for me . It was a lot closer. He offered to run me home . But I chose to get him on the route to the garage and then I walked back. The tyre was completely slashed and I did not have a spare so it wasn’t something that he could fix on The spot. I was so pleased with the whole experience and really do recommend them
