Everything was good book came un damaged
But the color was a little faded but everything else was good

I had a great experience ordering from SciFier.com. All of the items arrived in perfect condition and were packaged extremely securely.

I was also very impressed with the regular shipping updates and the overall communication throughout the delivery process. Shipping naturally took a little longer due to the transfer from the United Kingdom to Germany, but I was kept well informed at every stage.

Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would happily order from SciFier again.

They used to be much better than the other major online bookseller, in terms of price and customer service, but lately they have been slipping. For the past couple of orders, they have taken a very long time to actually get delivered, much longer than the displayed estimated delivery time. And on one of those orders, I actually had to contact their Customer Service department, to chase up where my order was before it finally got dispatched.

Excellent customer support. Had some issues with the 120€ max order limit (single item was 150€), and they helped me resolve it. However, it took a few tries of me contacting them for them to respond.

The book was a great price and condition and my grandson loved it and I would definitely buy from you again.

Fast shipping, the volumes were mostly in good condition. Affordable prices for the volumes and shipping. However, some volumes arrived with some scratches and slight tear. Hence, the 4 star rating.

I discovered SciFier after searching for an alternative after other online bookstores either shut down or stopped shipping to my country. I'm very glad to have found them and have had zero issues with my orders thus far, and each one has been packed very securely. Definitely recommend

Ik was onzeker, echter na twee bestelling goed ontvangen kan ik erg positief de derde bestelling plaatsen. Doos is stevig, kwaliteit is goed en levering is binnen 2 weken na bericht van verzending. Goede informatie op website en coupons codes worden makkelijk gegeven.

Staff are great! Really quick to respond to any queries. Prices are great and posting the books is super quick👍 ordered from them twice now for my boy and will 100% use them again & again♥️

The books are amazing wrapped, however 1 book was damaged as the hardcover was ripped but they were quick in getting back to me and send a replacement once they received the return (freepost). Will order from them again.
