The books arrived in amazing condition altho I did have to clean the back of one of the books as it was a bit messy

Gen AI crosses out the positive efforts
Overall, despite a longer wait to get it dispatched, the order arrived fine once it was on it's way.
Although there were a couple books (mangas) with some pretty minor scuff marks, it was also pretty well packaged so doesn't seem like any scuffs happened in transit.
The selection they got is also pretty great & I found some items that were unavailable otherwise anywhere else.
Unfortunately, the order was also polluted with a huge number of complimentary GenAI bookmarks. Not only the sheer number of bookmarks was wasteful (like, 10 or so), but also - GenAI?
Come on.
For a package that contained books and manga - human creativity and human art, it was just in poor taste.
I buy books and manga to support human artists and have physical proof of human creativity. I may be just one person revolted by this, but there is not a chance I will order here again. Very unfortunate.

Delivery takes too long
The books, the packaging and the prices are 5/5 stars, but, the delivery times are a bit longer than i expected, thats just the only thing keeping them from being a 5/5 store.

Fast shipping and the books were all in perfect condition. When I needed to contact customer service about a separately shipped book that was delayed in delivery, the response was quick and concise and I got my order with no issues!
