Neck pains
So far it has given me some relief on my neck pains . I have been doing it daily for the last 2 weeks . Fingers crossed it will get rid of my pain eventually .

Confusion good customer service
Paid for the order told it was cancelled due to stock. Then I had to request another order. Got another email saying the order was cancelled but the item arrived a few days later. Poor instruction manual. Don't know if I'm using it correctly.

Everything was in the box and it seems that it is good quality. However, there are no instructions that come with it. It does not explain how to use the product at all. Do you use it against your body with clothes on or without clothes, what do the different settings for, how often should you use it? It has been a guessing game for me.

Great Budget Minded Photon Therapy
I found this to be less expensive than others I researched. I like the fact that it has more than just the red LED lights and is easy to use. It is comfortable to wear and seems well made.

Staff was most helpful when I forgot to give “shipping address” for the person I ordered. I live 350 miles away from him.

Customer service was impeccable
Customer service was impeccable. I thought there might have been an issue with the unit, but I was mistaken. Even so, the customer service team was very cooperative and got back to my queries without any delays. They were even willing to send a replacement unit in case of any issues. Special shoutout to Bonnie from their customer service. Unit was delivered in timely manner and it works well. I am already seeing a improvement in hair density with just a week of use.

Excellent product and customer service
Don't expect miracles, but stay with the red light therapy, and you will start seeing results. I've been using the red light therapy belt for about six weeks, and though the changes aren't dramatic, they are happening. One marvelous benefit I never find mentioned anywhere is how great the texture of my skin is after I've been using it. I love the belt just for that alone! Also, I also want to say how much I appreciate the Scienlodic customer service team. I was having an issue with my belt, and they not only replied but resolved the issue straightaway, and were very kind about it. I definitely recommend this company for red light therapy products.

The product seems good, although I haven’t seen any weight loss yet…2 weeks in. I asked questions about how to best use it, and the response was thorough, helpful and specific. From some other companies, I have gotten weak responses that don’t even indicate that they read the questions!
