I bought the infrared cap for my hair 2 years ago. It stopped working a couple of months ago and I didn't get in touch with the company because I just lost my mom and my dad and I had a lot going on in my life. I finally got around to sending them an email and the response was I was 7 days after the warranty and they wouldn't do anything. I couldn't believe it. I would never give this company a referral ever. How can you do business like this? I was so upset. I called three times and nobody called me back. I will never ever recommend this product to anybody. All I wanted was my head cap to work This is my first negative review I ever wrote.Im very upset about this

So the company got back to me and offered 15% off discount I was. Insulted.Would never give this company business. I was days off with the warranty because I had personal problems and didn't call sooner The cap working months before that

The company pretends to be in the USA but its not. That is the reason why their shipping takes 2 to 3 weeks. They answer your email, night time in the US which is day time in China. Chinese characters all of a sudden appeared in the email thread. Also, they DO NOT have a phone number for customer service. Its very fishy. They also create their own positive reviews online.
Scienlodic is not based here in the USA as they try to impress. Their website is deceptive.

I contacted customer service about a minor issue. They responded quickly, resolved it, and were genuinely friendly. The entire experience was excellent.

The SciVive Hair+ Classic is comfortable, with a perfect temperature - not too hot or cold. Each use feels relaxing and soothing.

Advertised by “Retexes” on FB as a Cold Laser Therapy device for the shoulder. Delivered in a Scienlogic box, Red Light Therapy, not Cold Laser device! So false advertising. The shoulder harness straps would not hold the device in place, the Velcro type straps kept detaching. So asked for full refund and return.

I love my SciVive Hair+ Pro! It's portable, and easy to carry on trips, and I've noticed improved scalp health and nourishment. I'll keep using it.

They're always very responsive. Whenever I have an issue, they reply quickly and resolve it. I've been a satisfied SciContour body pad plus customer for years.

My dog chewed my pad's controller, and the company were kindly to replace it for free, allowing me to keep using my device.

I’ve used this probably less than 10 times and an entire panel of lights is out. No worth the price

This is my first electric facial cupping tool, and I love it! The de-puffing effect in the morning is amazing, and it's so relaxing to use.

I started using my SciContour Body Pad Plus this month and I'm enjoying it. It's great for weight loss and pain relief, and the warmth feels so relaxing and comfortable.

The belt works well, though it's not a miracle solution. After a two-week break, I noticed a difference. Using it with a vibration platform enhances the results.

I received my pad quickly, It's already easing my knee pain, and I love that it's big enough to use on my belly too. Fingers crossed it'll help with fat loss if I stick to it!

12/03/24 UPDATE: Scienlodic replaced my faulty device only for this one also to stop working in less than 30 days. I had even purchased an additional one as a back up. I was very excited to purchase this product; however, they don't seem to last long. I've emailed the company again as there is a 60 warranty.

I purchased the Scienlodic Red Light Cap through Amazon in September 2023. I used it according to verbal instructions provided by a Scienlodic representative for 6 months without any improvements to my hair. If anything, my hair is thinner. I wanted to leave a review on Amazon, but the product is no longer available there. I checked the Scienlodic web site and a product which appears to have the same specifications is listed as SciVive Hair+ Classic. It sells for $289 vs the $139.99 price I paid on Amazon. If you purchased this cap I wish the best for you. Unfortunately, I can't give you any encouragement.
