I purchased on Friday, next working day the goods were sent, no delays, perfect cooperation!

My $10,000 Trek Project 1 Road Bike was broken in two different places on an airline flight. The Shimano Ultegra front shifter/brake and handlebar were broken. AND, the carbon fiber seat stay was broken! Arriving in Berlin, Germany to begin a bike tour, I was lucky to rent a (crummy) road bike in time.

I wanted to love the SCICON because it's easy to pack and easy to move. My husband used one and his bike arrived okay.

The arduous hard case (or cardboard box) for bikes is all that airlines will reimburse (up to $2,000) and endures the airlines' tough luggage battering much better. A hardcase is the way to be sure. My excellent travel insurance covers bikes -- but NOT in transit.

If you don't want a broken bike, don't use a SCICON.

I bought my scicon bike travel bag for an overseas trip to Mallorca. Upon arrival to my destination, the front fork of the bag frame was broken. My bike was not injured. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement part to my hotel in time for me to pack my bike up for my return flight. Happy to report that my bike made it home safely.

J'ai acheté plusieurs maillots cyclistes NASA chez eux. J'adore. Mais ça fait des années qu'ils les vendent. Il est grand temps d'innover! SLS, Space X, ESA...il faudrait que vous élargissiez vos collections.

Wonderful service
I was using the previous aero comfort bike case but no longer suitable for “thru the axe “ wheels system; so I had to upgrade to the aerocomfort v3 to travel the following week for a race.
After I put the order and contacted the client team to ask them to their best to deliver my case on time. The bag arrived on time and I received very prompt reply by email from the client service.

Aeroscope Brille ist vom Helm gerutscht und der Bügel abgebrochen. Hatte die Brille knapp 9 Monate. Scicon-Kundendienst angeschrieben und nach 3 Tagen hatte ich kostenlosen Ersatz des ganzen Rahmens im Briefkasten. Top!!

Really great experience with Scicon Sports. I had an issue with my glasses that wasn’t covered under warranty, but their team was able to find a solution.

Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and communication was easy and friendly the whole time.

You can tell they actually care about their customers, which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend.

Got the glasses and should I mention that those are th very best I’ve been use so far. I wanted to get smth different quality wise, and I found the right product to buy. The way it fits your face is amazing, you don’t actually feel it, except that the sun doesn’t bother you at all either wind does. I’m glad that I went for it and I’m sure a returning customer in the future

I had an excellent experience with SCICON customer support, especially with Sharoon, who handled my case outstandingly.

After my very first flight with the AeroComfort TT 3.0, one of the welded structural tubes unexpectedly failed. Naturally, I was concerned, especially since my bike is high-value and I had a return flight scheduled shortly after.

I contacted SCICON early in the morning, and Sharoon responded immediately. She was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. A replacement part was arranged right away and shipped express to Marbella – the very next afternoon it was already waiting for me at my hotel.

What stood out most was how smoothly and seriously the situation was handled – clear communication, fast action, and genuine care for resolving the issue.

Réactivité et ponctualité dans le service d'après vente concernant le remplacement de verre pour lunettes aeroshade. MAIS SURTOUT, amabilité et complaisance de la part de mon interlocutrice durant le traitement de mon dossier de remplacent de verre bleu. J'ai contacté le site car en pliant pour ranger ma paire de lunettes édition spéciale champion du monde, la branche de la lunette c'est cassé.
Ont m'a demandé de bien vouloir faire des photos et joindre la facture d'achat ( la paire de lunette avait 9 mois).
J'ai étais recontacte par une agréable personne qui m'a proposé de m'envoyer en garantie une autre monture.
3 jours après, j'avais déjà reçu ma nouvelle monture.
SAV au top et la personne qui c'est occupé de moi par mail très gentille et au top aussi.
Je les recommande vivement il sont au top.

Have used Scicon bike bags (aerocomfort series) for a while now, never had any issues with damage or problems during these years. contacted Scicon support prior to upgrade to a new Aerocomfort tri bag. excellent & quick service. very helpful and swift response during the process.
for those never used these bags they are easy to pack ,light weight & good quality
