Disappointed

Purchased a grill about a week before Xmas. Was never informed about a back order and about a month later, was told due to a rush they could not provide me a timeline when it would be in stock. Had to cancel my order

Time until shipped

It was easy to order of course. I think some communication about how long it is expected to take for shipping. It's acceptable to wait, but only if a transparent reason exists. Maybe even a nice email update assuring you are on it.

The grill is absolutely amazing

The grill is absolutely amazing, but I paid for it then got excuses as to why I didn’t get for over two months! Every company I’ve ever dealt with do not take your money until the item goes out there door! If this is something you want by a certain time I would definitely call ahead to check stock or wait 2 months for delivery.

Very poor service and follow thru.

The grill was several weeks late, when it did arrive it was defective. I sent it back within 48 hours of it arriving and had to continue to call and reach out to get a refund. I eventually disputed the charge and got my refund.

Worst Product Experience and Customer Service

I initially purchased the grill and the full grill table in November. I received the grill pretty fast but they delated the table deliver almost two month after my purchase. When I received my grill table, the boxes had holes in them and when I tried to put together the table, I noticed the metal ends were mangled and were was damage on many of the thrill table pieces. I tried reach out to their customer service and they have been absolutely horrible! I explained that the boxes the grill table came in were damaged and I could not send the pics back to them without them being picked up. Several days later, they told me they set up a pick up date for the grill table and told me I need to put it in the box and put a label on it. Obviously, they weren't listening to paying attention that they sent me torn boxes which I cannot use to send their table back. Their customer service is absolutely horrible with getting back to you and they pretend like I am the problem. I will never again deal with Schwank grill and I am not recommending them to anyone.

The grill is wonderful. Sears steaks like a restaurant. My husband loved grilling on it. Good job.

Love the grill, but ignitor failed!

Love the grill, but ignitor wire disconnected. So I have to light with a BBQ lighter. Thats when I noticed the unit is riveted together so I cannot pug it back in without voiding my warranty. Repairs with shipping would take over a month to repair. I use the grill daily and travel so keeping a big box around is not an option.

5% discount code is a lie

They offer a 5% discount for signing up to there spam messages and the discount code doesn't even work at checkout. Says "Discount code not valid for your purchase item", the item I purchased was literally a Schwank grill wtf??

How about just being honest about the…

How about just being honest about the order time frame? As far as I know this order will arrive at some point in 2025.... maybe. Thats a problem when your customers are paying +$1200 for a grill and we get a thanks for your money and radio silence.
