I had a small mishap during delivery with my Schwank Grill, but it was completely related to transportation and not Schwank themselves. Honestly, the way everything was handled afterward made the experience even better than expected.

The entire process with Schwank was extremely smooth, and my rep Faizan was absolutely amazing to work with. He was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. Really great experience. I have a two panels that were damaged and need replacing which is why I am only giving 4 stars. Also, the assembly was time consuming, but not impossible. I can imagine for some, it be difficult.

My husband and I were looking for a grill that would heat up to 1500 f. We came across your site on google. We just grilled some T-Bone steaks on it and OMG, it is the absolute best grill yet! It’s like going out to eat at a high dollar steakhouse without leaving home. I just went to your site and purchased the cover and grill table for our grill to take extra care of it.
