Scam disguised as a school fundraiser
I am a teacher and love to see support from our families, but this is not the way to raise money. The prizes students receive are a bunch of junk. The store teachers use the gift cards in are filled with overpriced items. It makes me curious, how much is this company profiting from their business disguised as a fundraiser for schools?

Absolutely LOVE this fundraiser
Absolutely LOVE this fundraiser! I was able to shop with almost $700 worth of supplies for my classroom! It was super easy to register my gift cards and shop! They came quickly also!

Caring For Classroom Gift Cards are WONDERFUL
My classroom has been blessed with Caring for Classrooms gift cards. Our classroom has been gifted almost 900.00 since last year in gift cards. I've been able to supply my classroom with educational hands on materials for my students. The students and I get excited when a box arrives of materials that were ordered. The SchoolStore encourages all to participate in the educational experience. The rewards are used to help students and teachers with support and supplies that sometimes are desperately needed. Although, items are expensive, the added money allows teachers to purchase items that they would not be able to on their own. As simple as ordering pencil sharpeners that not all districts would supply is helpful. I appreciate the added effort that our school sponser puts into setting the program up every year.

This fundraiser is amazing. Our teachers each year end up with so many gift cards. We have had teachers receive close to $1000!!!! Totally stress free! Its like free money for the school. The staff always calls and checks on us to see if we need anything or have any questions. We usually always need more prizes and they are received very quickly. Great Experience each year.

Horrible business practices
Unbelievably scammy. They send out emails IN THE KIDS' NAMES to the parents, pretending like the email came from the kid. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW ALARMING IT IS TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOUR SECOND GRADER AT 8:42 AM WHEN YOU KNOW THE KID HAS NO ACCESS TO EMAIL AT SCHOOL?????
Update: The braindead response from the company tells you everything you need to know about them. I complained that they sent an email to me in my kid's name. They responded saying that they allow parents to send emails in their kids' names. I pretty obviously didn't send that email to myself.

Our program involves students participating in fundraising activities to support their school. Parents are given the option to permit emails to be sent on their child's behalf, and we provide an example email for review before sending.
