Our program from School Store is always a success. Wendy Lee the representative is amazing to work with! The student's love the prizes!

My rep Wendy is amazing. Any questions I have she responds quickly. This fundraiser is a great opportunity for schools to earn some money, and for families to contribute to their students classroom.

Our experience with School Store over the past years has been nothing but pleasant! We have been so successful with fundraising! The kids look forward to the participation prizes every year and the parents love the ability to personally gift their childs teacher with a gift card for them to shop for whatever they need for their classroom. The representatives are always so kind and helpful.

Our Staff & Families enjoy the school store fundraiser this is a very easy program and friendly to use.

A fun fundraiser that gets our students excited. It is also nice that it runs all year long and parents can shop from every day stores and we get a percentage back.

We have been using School Store for the last few years. The students get excited about the different prizes they can earn. Their customer service dept is amazing to work with.

I was very impressed with the customer service. Jade was amazing and helped me with every question I threw at her. This was our first year using the SchoolStore and have already signed up for next year. It was a great success for us and we would highly recommend them.

We love SchoolStore Fundraiser! So easy, it runs itself. This is the easiest fundraiser I've ever done. This is our 3rd year and we plan to continue for years to come. Our teachers love it too! They are able to purchase classroom supplies with the gift cards they receive. Saves them from spending their own money. Thanks SchoolStore!

It is super easy & the teachers really love getting the gift cards. Wendy is really easy to work with as well.

This has been the second year we have used this fundraiser at our school, and we absolutely love it. The kids go crazy for the different animal bracelets, and parents are able to donate gift cards to our teachers which is such a blessing to help them get more items for their class. We will be doing School Store again next year!

Daughter’s school sent this home about 2 weeks ago. I refused to do it until my child came back crying and begging being told all she had to do was scan the code to sign up to win the first prize… yeah after having to enter in emails for them to constantly spam. Not only that, but the prizes are cheap and products expensive. $30 for a 12 inch stuffed animals. Supposed to be about support for the class and school but no points to the kids for donations to the class room, which seems to be the only direct support from the student DOES NOT get them points. You should be ashamed and these silly replies you give everyone needs to stop. I’m telling everyone I should’ve never signed up and to leave a negative review and to report. I’m also complaining to the the school administration AGAIN. I’d rather sell donut tickets or just give my own gift cards to the teacher. AGAIN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I started using Schoolstores my first year of teaching and I love how it is an extra way for parents to help give back to the classroom and the teacher. My students love the buddies that they get for signing up; it’s something that everyone feels so good about supporting!

I started getting email messages that looked very personal from our grandson who is in second grade and doesn't have an email account. He pleaded for me to help him earn points towards a toy, a bubble blaster that looked like the kind of party favor given to little kids at a friend's birthday party, cheap. So I looked at the website. I just love cheddar cheese popcorn and for only $29.95 I can get a 9.5 ounce bag! Must be some pretty good popcorn at $3.15 per ounce!

So I thought, maybe a nice insulated mug for the car. They have a Yukon Outfitters 20 oz Camo mug for only $54.95. I looked at the Yukon Outfitters website, currently out of stock on the Camo mug but when in stock it is priced there at $15.99 and ones in stock are as low as $8.99 for other colors. That's a 3.4 to 6.11 markup depending on the mug.

Now I know a company has to make a profit but this is CRAZY. I'm a grandfather and great grandfather who raised 8 kids with my wife. We were PTA leaders back in the day so we had direct dealings with fundraising companies over the years. They all had some markup on their products but I've never seen anything like this.

The sad thing is, I know how these things usually work. The school lets a fundraising representative into the school for an assembly, these folks are good at what they do, like old fashioned used car salesmen; they get the kids all excited with promises of how great the prizes are and how easy getting sales will be.

Reminds me of the Music Man:

With a hundred and ten cornets close at hand.
They were followed by rows and rows of the finest virtuoso, the cream of every famous band."

Items are overpriced and there is a very limited selection in each category. Should you choose to do a donation to the classroom instead, the minimum donation is $30! That can get costly if you have more than one grandchild in school. And there is a processing fee. You cannot do one checkout for all the students you're supporting. So you have to purchase/donate once per child. This is also hard on whoever is supporting the students. The only reason I participate is to not disappoint my grandkids as they receive "prize points" for purchases and donations. I also saw one review from a teacher complaining about poor quality items to purchase with the gift card donations they receive. That is sorry. Every year I hope their school will have a different fundraiser because this one is so bad. I would rather write a check to the school. How about candy bars? Donuts? There are lots of great fundraisers I have participated in over the years. To the schools considering Schoolstore: PLEASE choose another one.
