BUYER BEWARE...SCAM COMPANY!!!

Scentbird, please refund my money or else I'm going to the press and will file a lawsuit. Others are having the same problems. The website is very confusing and the cancellation process is absurd. You all keep sending AI responses. I want to talk with someone.

I happened to check on my product

I happened to check on my product. I used another address and once I receive the product, then I wanted to cancel. Then I went to the reviews and I discovered what I was not hoping for. I got scamed. Took nosey off card and received no product.

The quality of the sprayer on the…cheap

The quality of the sprayer on the bottle was very poorly made and hard to get consistent sprays. The scent quickly faded only lasting a few hours

Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience.
I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times just to cancel my subscription, and I’ve received no response. There’s no clear or easy way to cancel on the website either—it feels intentionally difficult.
To make things worse, my latest order included a scent I never chose. It was automatically added without my approval, and I was notified it’s already processing and shipping—with no option to change or cancel it. That’s incredibly frustrating.
The pricing is also misleading. Most of the good brands require extra fees, so the advertised monthly price only applies if you choose from a very limited selection of lower-tier fragrances. On top of that, the site itself is confusing and hard to navigate, with hidden costs throughout.
Overall, this is a good idea executed very poorly. Between the lack of customer support, forced orders, and misleading pricing, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

My reason for 3 stars were heavily…

My reason for 3 stars were heavily influenced by the shipment time and easy access to product and or service via website or customer service line.

Yes the aesthetics are very pleasing and beautiful overall ,but none of that matters if I don’t have the product to use.

I was very disappointed in the fact that my shipment took almost a month to arrive, which made me question whether or not I actually did order the product. This eternal shipment made me head over to there website and log back into my account and review the confirmation of sale. As I am navigating this site I was confused about how to locate that info aside from searching my emails ,so I clicked on the appropriate tabs only yo get redirected to the Home Screen of the site. Bottom line shipment takes forever and their website needs more love.

Predatory business practices

Was a good product. But they don't have a button to unsubscribe. You need to email them to cancel your subscription with over 24 hours notice according to their website. I tried to cancel my subscription 10 days before my order was shipped and they still charged me. Buyer beware. Scammy business practice that tries to make leaving harder

2nd day. They want me to send back unopened package for a refund. Once again. I cancelled my subscription well before they shipped and this is now a gift. I am not sending back anything, especially at my expense. I am hoping they will do right and give me a full refund. But I will update this daily until they do. Still asking me to send back something I never asked to get before they send me my refund back which is illegal.

Day 3. Still no assistance. I have reported this business to the BBB, which has many complaints for this company. It appears that this company is nothing but a scam company that is most likely about to go under. Stay away from this company. It does not care about its customers.

Day 4. No help at all from Scentturd. Initiated a chargeback on my credit card instead.Also removed my card from their recurring payment days after my account was closed. Scammers to the max. Let them go bankrupt. I'm guessing it will be soon. Sorry scent fairies. Case closed.
