You guys charged me almost $30 for a very very small sample size and I was NOT happy at all!! I was hoping that it was a mistake but I guess not because no refund has showed up in my account and now you guys are trying to get a little over $30 again for something else and I'm sure that it's for a subscription that is not what I thought I was getting.. I don't want sample sizes because samples are exactly what they should be and that's free, especially being extra small.. You guys need to explain your deals and subscriptions in better detail because when your customers expect one thing you guys send them something else which is an insult..

Each vial contains approximately 120–140 sprays, which is more than a typical sample. Charges may vary depending on your selected plan, taxes, or any add-ons. If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel in the app under Account ⇢ Manage Subscription ⇢ Cancel Subscription.

All these new colognes were great to get into. The variety is nonstop and they treat their subscribers very fair. They sent me a replacement and it arrived before the email did. Just they had a little more, like Dior savage and JPG

Everything was great until I realized it’s costing me 60$ a month for three I don’t know wich is fine but I went to change my subscription and you can’t do that unless you send a letter in to ask and still have not recieved an answer yet after a week of waiting
