Scamadvisor is a scam. They just try to lie with a fake info and low rank websites so they can try to sell you some fake trash.

How ironic...this seems to be a scam site, according to comments here and my checking of well-known grey-good scammers 'Halverstone' with them - to find them supposedly being given a clean bill of health!

A website set up by scammers saying site are legit when they are in fact Scams.

This company itself is a scam and is flagging my business. I’ve put years of hard work into it. It also looks like Google is collaborating with them and advocating for them. I posted a normal review, but Google removed it after showing it as “pending” for a few days. That is ridiculous.

Ordered a man's razor; although the reviews I read on their website were extremely favorable, I found the razor to be cheap, I couldn't put the blades back in nor put it back together as the plastic broke. Contacted the site within 5 days to return the item and they said I could keep it and they would refund me 20%. The website said 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase. The last time I contacted them for clarification, they said me something in another language that looks like they want me to give them a rating. NEVER buy off this website please. I am now out $79.02. I wouldn't even give them a "One Star" but I had to choose something in order to review.

This is a fraud, scam advisor. We are working hard here and burning our money to deliver the order safely to the customer and they are giving us ratings. This is not a big deal. My website is 100% genuine. And we are also giving extra gifts here and giving wrong rating to the customer. My website amazingretailer com is very trusted, it is new but it is fully working and trusted.

Scam, not free, requested payment avoid

It isn't accurate or up to date

I have a shopify store I just recently opened. Scam Advisor has two links to my site. The web address for shopify with the same store has a higher score 56, where as my store with a .ca has a 31 score. It says on the .ca site that the website's owner is hiding his identity on WHOIS using a paid service. Go Daddy is in charge of the WHOIS, they protect my personal information from spam and fraud. In addition I took measures to add a paid SSL to my site Digicert which adds extra protection, and have also extra security that blocks threats and have malware scanned frequently. I agree that people have to be aware of scammers out there, but it doesn't help new businesses where they have put a lot of work and money invested into their new business and have people not want to buy products.

Scamadvisor.com is a scam itself....stay away good people.

Worst scam-checker I've ever seen. I checked out its rating of sites I know and they clearly had no idea what the site was about and wrote things I know not to be true.

Scammers. Ruin the small websites reputation. Deserve to be sent off to the court if that's possible.

We've tried contacting them 10 to 15 times, and they never answered despite countless emails. Finally, they responded and asked for the legal certificate and the ID card of our company director. We sent them all the documents to verify our website. After submitting the documents, they emailed us saying, “Thank you for providing the documentation. We have listed your company as verified. Kindly note that your verification badge may take up to 24 to 48 hours to reflect.”

It's now been 3 months, and our website is still showing as unverified and marked as a scam. We emailed them again and provided every document they requested, yet we still received no response, they literally damaging our company’s sales.

Long story short: I tried to report a fraudulent site to it, as in the site literally steals your private information and illegally withdraws money from your accounts. The report was completely ignored, not even posted anywhere or moving their rating at all- they are solely relying on auto generated things to determine if it might be a scam, which the fraud got a yellow rating, for no other reason than it has cryptocurrency.

Reviews aren't even visible anymore, there is a new website I've been using with NO reviews anywhere except only on scam adviser, it's been around for 8 months. I made 2 million dollars with it, haven't withdrawn but there is customer support which hasn't runaway in months and does reply

I wish there was middle finger option instead of one star because scam adviser.com does not deserve a star i saw how do they destroy websites reputation, who is data is hidden domain is new idiots every domain is new when purchased and hiding who is data has been a paid services for decades how does this indicate a website might not be legit their own average star rate on their website is 3.1 but their score is 100 funny
