The Lecturer, Raymond McMillan, teaching methods were effective. The content of the learning experience was relevant, interesting, useful and meaningful to the learner. He was very supportive and patient with learners.

Review and suggestion
The experience is more participatory and interesting thanks to Mr. Raymond's teaching style, which links book contents to actual happenings. In order to make sure we are thinking along the appropriate lines, he also always tries to obtain student interaction in the classroom. The only thing I would suggest is having a class discussion on the material we study on the platform; this way, any questions can be addressed and the subject can be understood properly.

I really enjoyed that the classes were online, and they were recorded for later use. My lecture was really helpful and ready available to answer any questions I had in and outside of class hours.

Best Teacher Ever
I enjoyed the individualized attention and the passion of my teacher Raymond. I appreciated all the past papers and his first hand knowledge of the UK environment and the added bonus that he also knew and understood my insurance environment. From time to time he still sends current trending affairs to his students as learning opportunities for us to discuss in order to apply our knowledge
