I recently shopped for my holidays trip in and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the linen garments I purchased was exceptional, and they felt comfortable and breathable. The variety of styles and colors available was impressive, catering to different tastes and occasions. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, promptly addressing my inquiries. The items arrived quickly and were well-packaged. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, and I highly recommend this online linen clothes shop for its quality, selection, and service.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company . I returned a dress that was so small I couldn’t get it on despite having dresses in the same size from this company that fitted perfectly .
When I returned the item I was accused of having worn the item , despite the fact that I couldn’t get it on !!!!
Shameful, dishonest customer services and a product that has inconsistent sizing .

We were able to accept and refund the Nida dress as it was in perfect condition.

However, I understand your frustration regarding the Carmen dress. It's truly unfortunate that it had signs of wear, making it impossible for us to accept the dress.
Please know that our intention is to provide our customers with brand-new, high-quality products.

We deeply regret that we couldn't meet your expectations in the sizing part. I apologize the sizing wasn't the right fit. We highly recommend seeing garment size chart before making a purchase as every linen model has its own unique measurements.

Delivery service is very very poor

Delivery service is very very poor. My order seems to have gone missing and I’m still waiting for it even though they are supposed to be in the their way. The goods are not cheap so it’s very annoying.
Ordered for holiday but no chance of receiving in time.
Won’t be using again.

Still waiting for refund

Still waiting for refund . No email communication from them after nearly 2 weeks since my tracked return was received at their address. I agree with the other comments about attempts to return. Avoid this company.

My advice is avoid.....

Based in Lithuania. Dress did not arrive for 3.5 weeks and then returned anyway. Customer service average at best. Returns turning out to be tricky. All in all - best to avoid this company

Beware of needing to return items

I ordered a cotton cardigan which was listed as off white, but when it arrived was very beige. also fitted very large, and at about £100 I decided the same day to repack it and return for a refund. But first you have to get return 'approval' from Sauths, and info on how and where to return it. I had to send a few emails to the 'customer service' address for a few days before this eventually arrived. And there is no return label, you have to sort out your own postage. A return address was given in the UK, but they made it clear that there would be no refund until they had received it, approved it, and returned it to Lithuania. I did get my refund but I think this took at least a month. The website looks very professional and some of the clothes look nice, but I would never order from them again.

Frustrating as look so good online

Not impressed by after sales care and sizing was wrong. The item didn't come for over 2 weeks (from Lithuaia) and now I can't return it for being the wrong size as their returns is 2 weeks. So left with a dress that doesn't fit.
