Exceptional service, highly recommend
I used Saphoy to transport an antique mirror (important that it was handled gently) and buy a lot at auction so am a frequent user of UK delivery services. I am really delighted with the service we received. Booking was very professional and quick, payment was easy, the person delivering was brilliant and the communication throughout was thoughtful and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them again. Really pleased to have found them.

This is the second time that I have used Saphoy, both times I have been very happy with the service. The timeline from collection to arrival date has always been very close to the estimated date and sometimes even sooner. Very friendly team that seem respectful to their customers and the belongings that are being shipped! When I need shipping I will definitely use them again!

When my existing courier firm let me down last minute, the panic was just the beginning.. My 7 pieces of artwork were due at an exhibition in a matter of days.
I spoke with Rachel, from Saphoy. She managed to have My artwork collected, packed and shipped in just 3 days! Astonishing!!
I will most certainly be using their service for the return of my artwork at the end of the exhibition.

They have a smart website and active social media pages as they say in their response to me, They caused damaged and then denied it immediately responding to our questions with a legal reply. We have not made a fraudulent claim as they suggest as unfortunately we cannot prove it beyond doubt - despite everyone including the world renowed restorer being able to say without a doubt in his mind the large tear in the painting was brand new. Despite their claims of a new vehicle to transport our paintings they used a very old van, and the protection was removed in the van and they crossed the street with a valuable piece of art exposed to the elements and prying eyes- absolutely no professional company would ever do this. They are paying to advertise on google thereby getting work. Please use a more reputable firm with your trusted possessions and seek personal recommendations I have no ulterior motive for this review - the damage cannot be undone but I do hope that others will look at alternative options
PS I cannot help feel a little surprised to see this sudden influx os positive reviews. When I wrote this review there wasn't a single review included - and then you respond to me and all of a sudden there are loads of 5 star reviews.....

We have had your case reviewed and as it stands, we have sent legal communication to your partner many months ago, to which we have had no response. This is probably due to the fact that no 'real/actual' damage was sustained.
To be clear, we are not a removal company, we are a fine art transportation firm.
All of our vehicles are less than a year old and we use industry leading packing materials.
If you take a look at our instagram page, you will see that we are trusted by footballers, formula 1 drivers and everybody else, globally.
Please be advised that we will not entertain fraudulent insurance claims.
