Returning items a little tricky.
Ordering was easy, the poncho came quickly, and seemed to be good quality-it just wasn't what I wanted. I followed Saphirose’s return policy and sent an email to the address given on their website. I expected to hear back within 24 hours as written on their website but they didn’t seem to be receiving my emails. Once they saw my review, they were extremely quick to respond and made sure that I had the information I needed to return the poncho. Thanks for following up Saphirose! I’ll add another star once I receive the refund.

Sizes are not accurate
Sizes are not accurate. I bought a large for my son and he barely zip it up. The large fits a size 7/8 which isn't an accurate size for Large.

By mistake I ordered two ponchos. Immediately I tried to call multiple times to cancel the second order. However no one ever answered the phone and your system would not let me leave a callback number.
