Black Moon was just perfect! Location is amazing right on the beach! It’s just beautiful.
It was like an addiction for me I kept extending my stay, I didn’t want to leave its beauty!
Easy 5 stars I will be rushing back as soon as I can.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view was spectacular and the house was comfortable and stylish. Our kids loved taking baths and using the bathrobes. My husband and I watched the sun go down and the light slowly fade through the huge window. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful view a bit off the beaten track.

An amazing stay at a wonderful property for our son's wedding with family and friends. Great location and beautifully decorated throughout and not forgetting the garden which was perfect to relax in. An overall excellent property 👌

The Bakery is such a beautiful cottage, superbly renovated to provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. Gittisham is a tranquil and unspoilt village close to many neighbouring village attractions. Cocktails and watching the sunset at the very close Pig Hotel is a must. We enjoyed a lovely meal there in beautiful surroundings. Sand and Stone escapes are a firm favourite for a UK break, the standards and finishes are always first class.

We had the most magical stay at The Lodge. Everything was perfect. The decor, the beds, the linens, and the house itself was out of a storybook. The welcome basket was a “surprise and delight” touch. Would not hesitate to book again!

We had a lovely stay at Stone Cottage in Stow-on-the-Wold. Perfect location, comfortable beds en a private parking space. Home away from home!

The cottage was perfect in a central location close to a fantastic pub. We did experience a minor issue with the plumbing at the property but the staff at Sand & Stone were extremely helpful and responded/resolved within a few hours. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and are already making plans to come back next year. Thank you 😊

Stunning cottage with fabulous interiors and excellent supplies for a long weekend. We stayed here for a hen do and it was simply perfect. Very smooth booking experience with a lot of handy details provided upfront.

We had a fantastic stay at Wood Farm House. The property was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped for a family stay. The house is full of character but has all the modern comforts you could need.

The location in the heart of Whichford is perfect, with a wonderful village atmosphere and the excellent Norman Knight pub just a short stroll away. The house felt spacious, comfortable and very private, with plenty of room for both adults and children to relax.

Communication from Sand & Stone Escapes was excellent throughout, with clear arrival instructions and a seamless check-in process. Everything was exactly as described, and the attention to detail was much appreciated.

We travelled as a family with young children and found it to be an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Wood Farm House to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside getaway.

With only a weeks’ notice we told about building works next to the property which started at 730am. It was incredibly disruptive and it was supposed to be a get away for my husband’s birthday. Given only a weeks’ notice, a refund was not possible or even offered initially (i had to push) and then was offered a tiny refund so i had to push again but not only that it was too late to find somewhere else. In addition the window infront of the bed was filthy as was the velux (with bird poo) and the blind wasn’t working which meant light poured in. I was told that someone would come in and check it which they did but said it was fine, seems a little strange. No soap initially in the downstairs loo and the light above the sink wasn’t working. Dust on the books and CD player also. All this really marred our experience and unfortunately left us incredibly frustrated. I had to do all the pushing to get these things sorted. Very disappointing stay.

We loved the Wood farm house! Beautiful space and nicely located to all the local villages.

Wow! Wat was het fijn. We beleefden The Cotswolds op z’n allermooist, vanuit een authentieke woning nabij Broadway. Vriendelijk geholpen bij het boeken, alles tot in de puntjes geregeld. Echt een aanrader!
